AUCKLAND CENTRAL.

Auckland Central District comprises the existing Auckland Central Electoral District less that portion of Auckland City now included in the Auckland West Electoral District hereinbefore described. This district now includes that portion of Auckland City lying between the existing electoral-district boundary and the southern side of Karangahape Road, the western side of Symonds Street, and north-western side of Shaddock Street and Mount Eden Railway-station.

AUCKLAND EAST.

Auckland East District comprises the existing Auckland East Electoral District less that portion of Auckland City now included in the Auckland Central Electoral District hereinbefore described. This district now includes that portion of Auckland City lying between the existing electoral-district boundary, the southern side of Judge’s Bay, and north-western side of St. Stephen’s Avenue, and western side of Manukau Road to the northern boundary of Newmarket Borough, together with that portion of the said city lying between the existing electoral-district boundary and western side of Manukau Road from the southern side of Newmarket Borough to Owen’s Road.

GREY LYNN.

Grey Lynn District comprises the existing Grey Lynn Electoral District less that portion of Auckland City and the Borough of Mount Eden lying to the south-east of the New North Road and the existing electoral-district boundary. This district now includes that portion of Auckland City lying to the north-west of the north-western boundary of Mount Albert Borough less the Avondale Mental Hospital Endowment now included in the Eden Electoral District hereinbefore described.

AUCKLAND SOUTH.

Auckland South District is bounded on the north by the Grey Lynn, Auckland Central, and Auckland East Electoral Districts hereinbefore described from the junction of Western Springs Road with New North Road to the junction of Owens Road with Manukau Road: bounded on the east by Manukau Road from the junction of Owens Road to junction with Arcadia Road: bounded on the south by the said Arcadia Road, Merivale Avenue, Balmoral and St. Luke’s Roads: bounded on the west by the said St. Luke’s Road, Gordon Road, Bournemouth Road, Arawa Avenue, Leslie Avenue, and*Argyle Road to the New North Road; thence by that road to its junction with Western Springs Road, the place of commencement.

ROSKILL.

Roskill District is bounded on the north by the Eden and Grey Lynn Electoral District hereinbefore described from the eastern boundary of Avondale Borough at the south-western corner of the Avondale Mental Hospital Endowment to the junction of Western Springs Road with New North Road; thence bounded on the east and north by the Auckland South Electoral District hereinbefore described from the said junction of the Western Springs Road with the New North Road to the junction of Arcadia Road with Manukau Road; thence bounded on the east by the Manukau and Auckland-Onehunga Roads to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 35 of original Section 10, Suburbs of Auckland; thence by the southern boundary of the said Allotment 35 to and along the road forming the eastern boundaries of Allotments 57 and 58 of the aforesaid Section 10 to Selwyn Road; thence by that road to St. Andrew’s Road; thence by that road to the Mount Albert Road; thence by that road to the western boundary of Onehunga Borough; thence by that boundary to the Manukau Harbour; thence bounded towards the south by the said harbour to the Eden Electoral District boundary at the south-eastern corner of Avondale Borough; thence bounded towards the west by the Eden Electoral District hereinbefore described from Manukau Harbour to the south-western corner of the Avondale Mental Hospital Endowment, the place of commencement.

PARNELL.

Parnell District comprises the existing Parnell Electoral District less those portions of Auckland City now included in the Auckland East Electoral District hereinbefore described. This district now includes that portion of Eden County lying to the north-west of College Road, St. Helier’s Bay Road, Massey Road, Sylvia Street, Line Street, and the Parade from the easternmost corner of Ellerslie Town District to St. Helier’s Bay, together with that portion of Auckland City lying to the east of the existing electoral-district boundary and north of the northern boundary of the said Ellerslie Town District.

MANUKAU.

This district is bounded on the north and north-west by the Roskill and Parnell Electoral Districts hereinbefore described from the junction of Selwyn Road with St. Andrew’s Road to St. Helier’s Bay: thence bounded on the east by the Tamaki River to Otahuhu Creek; thence bounded on the south by the said creek, the northern boundary of Otahuhu Borough, and Manukau Harbour to the south-western corner of Onehunga Borough; thence bounded towards the west by the Roskill Electoral District hereinbefore described from the south-western corner of Onehunga Borough to the junction of Selwyn Road with St. Andrew’s Road, the place of commencement.

FRANKLIN.

This district comprises the Pukekohe Borough, the Town Districts of Manurewa, Papakura, Tuakau, and Waiuku, together with that portion of the Franklin County lying to the north of the Waikato River and west of the Mercer Riding of the said Franklin County, and west of that portion of the Drury Riding boundary extending from the south-eastern corner of Papakura Town District to the existing Franklin Electoral District boundary; also that portion of the said Drury Riding lying to the west of the said existing Franklin Electoral District boundary. This district also includes that portion of the Papakura Riding of Manukau County lying to the south-west of the Manurewa Town District and north-west of the Waimahia Stream; also that portion of the said riding lying to the south of the Papakura Stream, and bounded on the north-east by the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Sections 22, 28, 35, and 42, Block XV, Otahuhu Survey District, and on the south by the northern boundary of the Papakura Town District.

MERCER.

This district comprises the Borough of Otahuhu, the Papatoetoe, Howick, and Mercer Town Districts, together with those portions of the Manukau and Franklin Counties not included in the Franklin Electoral District hereinbefore described. This district also includes the whole of the Whangamarino Riding of Waikato County; also the whole of the Waitakaruru and Patetonga Ridings of Hauraki Plains County, together with that portion of the Ngatea Riding of the said Hauraki Plains County lying to the south-west of the northern and eastern boundaries of Block VIII, Piako Survey District, and the northern boundaries of Blocks IX and X of Waihou Survey District.

THAMES.

Thames District comprises the Boroughs of Thames, Waihi, and Paeroa, and the Town District of Turua, together with the whole of the Coromandel and Thames Counties, the Waimanawa, Waitekauri, and Paeroa Ridings of Ohinemuri County; also that portion of Hauraki Plains County not included in the Mercer Electoral District hereinbefore described. This district also includes Cuvier, Great Mercury, Whanganui, Slipper, and adjacent islands.

RAGLAN.

Raglan District is bounded on the north by the Waikato River from the ocean to the Mercer Town District; thence on the east by the existing Raglan and Hamilton Electoral District boundaries to the Waikato River at its confluence with the Mystery Stream; thence by the said Waikato River to and along the eastern boundary of Waipa County, to and along the south-eastern boundary of Pukekura Riding, to and along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Rangiaohia Riding of said Waipa County, to and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Te Awamutu Borough, to and along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Mangapiko Riding of the aforesaid Waipa County to the western boundary of the aforesaid Waipa County; thence by that boundary and the southern boundary of Raglan County to the ocean at Aotea Harbour, and thence by the ocean to the Waikato River, the place of commencement.

HAMILTON.

Hamilton District comprises the existing Hamilton Electoral District less that portion of the Ruakura Riding of Waikato County lying to the south-east of the existing electoral-district boundary, and north-east of the road forming the south-western boundary of Lots 11 and 13 of L.T. Plan No. 7346; also less that portion of the said Ruakura Riding lying between the said road and the Hamilton-Morrinsville and Hamilton-Cambridge Railways; also less the whole of the Tamahere Riding of the said Waikato County, together with that portion of the Cambridge Riding of the aforesaid Waikato County lying to the west of the said existing electoral district boundary.
