Declaring Portions of Road in Block V, Ruakaka Survey District, to be Government Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of May, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road declared to be Government roads:-
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
1 0 29·7 Allotment 58 and part Allotment 52.
1 1 13·3 Parts Allotment 52.
Situated in Mangapai Parish, Block V, Ruakaka Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (D.P. 5209.) (S.O. 22333/12.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 55994 (sheet 12), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Matamau Domain.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of May, 1927.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Leonard James Bowden, Thomas Carr, George Walter France, George Lowe Haliburton, and James Peters, to be the Matamau Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven, at eight o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the residence of Mr. G. W. France as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

SCHEDULE.
HAWKE'S BAY LAND DISTRICT.-MATAMAU DOMAIN.
SECTION 33, Village of Matamau : Area, 7 acres 2 roods.

Revoking Portion of a Proclamation taking Land for the Purposes of a Road in Maramarua, Drury, and Opaheke Survey Districts -viz., Portion of the Great South Road (Bombay Hills Deviation).

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Amendment Act, 1909, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the eighth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 2, of the fifteenth day of the same month, taking land for the purposes of a road in Blocks XII and XVI, Drury, XIII, Opaheke, and I, Maramarua Survey Districts, as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto, such land being no longer required for the purpose for which it was taken.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land not required : 2 acres 0 roods 3 perches.
Being portion of part Allotment 4, Mangatawhiri Parish, Block XII, Drury Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24135.)
In the North Auckland District ; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68973, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of May, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 1 acre 1 rood 3 perches.
Being portion of part Allotment 4, Mangatawhiri Parish. Situated in Block XII, Drury Survey District. (Auckland R.D.) (S.O. 24135.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68973, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
