SCHEDULE.
AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—AUCKLAND FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

Provisional State Forest No. 134.

ALL that area situated in Blocks XIV and XV, Hastings Survey District, and containing 912 acres, more or less; bounded towards the east by a public road and Section 24, Block XV, Hastings Survey District, to Trig. 1092; towards the South by Crown land, 12629·5 links; towards the west by Section 12, a public road, and Crown land 6825·2 links, all of Block XIV, Hastings Survey District; and towards the north by provisional State forest (Gazette, 1920, page 924) and Crown land 13101·2 links; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan No. 22/4, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of April, 1927.

National-endowment Land set apart as a Permanent State Forest.

A PROCLAMATION.

BY virtue and in exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section eighteen of the Forests Act, 1921–22, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby set apart the national-endowment land described in the Schedule hereto as a permanent State forest.


SCHEDULE.
NELSON LAND DISTRICT.—NELSON-MARLBOROUGH FOREST-CONSERVATION REGION.

State Forest No. 185.

ALL that area, containing 4,590 acres 1 rood 29 perches, more or less, and being Sections 4 and 6, Block IX, Gordon Survey District, Sections 11, 13, and 14, Block X, Gordon Survey District, and Sections 1 and 3, Block XIII, Gordon Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on a plan, No. 108/3, deposited in the Head Office of the State Forest Service, Wellington, and thereon bordered red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 30th day of April, 1927.

Land taken for Recreation Purposes in the Borough of Devonport.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for recreation purposes, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Devonport as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68728, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of May, 1927.

Leasehold Interest in Land in Block X, Tokatoka Survey District, taken for the Purposes of a Road.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Public Works Amendment Act, 1913, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the estate of leasehold in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Florence Alice Mort under lease from His Majesty the King for a term of twenty-one years, from the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-four, such lease being registered in the Lands and Deeds Registry Office at Auckland as No. 11959, is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the fourth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

Prohibiting all Alienation of certain Native Land other than Alienation in favour of the Crown.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 16th day of May, 1927.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.


SCHEDULE.

HAUTU No. 3F No. 7 Block, Waiotaka Survey District: Approximate area, 409 acres 0 roods 30 perches.
