Making Regulations under the Government Railways Act, 1926.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 26th day of April, 1927.

Present:

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Government Railways Act, 1926, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following amendments to the regulations made under the said Act consolidating the Government Railways Act, 1908, and the amendments thereto.

REGULATIONS.

By omitting from the regulations made on the 9th day of August, 1926—
(1) Subclasses 15 and 16 of Class 3 (Maintenance and Signals), and substituting therefor the following :—

(2) The classification of electric-overhead-crane operators, and substituting therefor the following :—

The foregoing amendments shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1927.
