Revoking a Proclamation proclaiming lands held under Small Grazing-run Lease as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section five of the Land Act, 1924, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the third day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-one, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the tenth day of March then instant, declaring, under section eleven of the Land Laws Amendment Act, 1920, that the lands held under small grazing-run lease described in the Schedule hereto should cease to be national-endowment land.

SCHEDULE.

GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.

SMALL Grazing-run No. 83, Tuahu Survey District: Area, 2,946 acres.

Small Grazing-run No. 94, Tuahu Survey District: Area, 2,988 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1927.

IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers conferred by section five of the Land Act, 1924, and of all other powers and authorities enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the twenty-third day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twenty-sixth day of February then instant, declaring, under section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, that the land held under renewable lease described in the Schedule hereto should cease to be national-endowment land.

SCHEDULE.

AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.—HAURAKI MINING DISTRICT.

SECTION 7, Block III, Aroha Survey District: Area, 161 acres 3 roods.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1927.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT.

SMALL grazing-run 224A, Blackstone Survey District: Area, 3,405 acres.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 28th day of March, 1927.

Altering the Boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay and Central Hawke’s Bay Electric-power Districts.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby alter the boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay and Central Hawke’s Bay Electric-power Districts by excluding the area described in the First Schedule hereto from the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power District, and including such area in the Central Hawke’s Bay Electric-power District, and do hereby declare that the altered boundaries of the Hawke’s Bay and Central Hawke’s Bay Electric-power Districts shall be those described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto respectively.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded by a line commencing at the north-eastern corner of Paparuhe Block; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Paparuhe Block and part of Lot 1 on plan 3924, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier, to the south-eastern corner of the said part Lot 1; thence westerly and north-westerly along the road forming the southern and south-western boundary of the said part Lot 1 to the Main Wellington—Napier Road; thence southerly along that road to the southern boundary of Poupoutahi Block; thence along the southern boundaries of Poupoutahi and Matuowhiro Blocks to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned block; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Matuowhiro and Paparuhe Blocks to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned block; thence easterly generally along the northern boundary of the said Paparuhe Block to the north-eastern corner, the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

HAWKE’S BAY ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Matuowhiro Block; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Matuowhiro and Paparuhe Blocks to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned block; thence easterly along the northern boundary of the said Paparuhe Block to its north-eastern corner; thence southerly along the eastern boundary of Paparuhe Block and of part Lot 1 on plan 3924, deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Napier, to its intersection with southern boundary of the Hawke’s Bay County as at present constituted; thence easterly, northerly, westerly, southerly, and easterly generally along that boundary to the place of commencement, and including the Boroughs of Napier and Hastings, and the Town District of Taradale, all as at present constituted.

THIRD SCHEDULE.

CENTRAL HAWKE’S BAY ELECTRIC-POWER DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Hawke’s Bay Land District bounded by a line commencing at the south-western corner of Matuo-
