A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main Trunk Railway (Napier northwards), Tutira Section.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 0 roods 6 perches.

Being portion of Section 1, situated in Block XV, Maungaharuru Survey District (Hawke’s Bay R.D.). (S.O. 773.)

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67936, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 14th day of January, 1927.

Crown Land set apart for the Purposes of a Post-office in Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the purposes of a post-office, and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 5·8 perches.

Being Crown land adjoining or passing through Lot 1 of Section 1, D.P. 1217, Block IV, Kawakawa Survey District (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23939.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67252, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of January, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Lake Coleridge Scheme, Oamaru Substation site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the seventh day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres.

Being portion of Section 2 of 9, Block III, Oamaru Survey District (Otago R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67634, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of January, 1927.
