NOTICE is hereby given that the following entry was made
and duly signed in the minute-book of the above company on Monday, 15th February, 1927:-

Resolved that, owing to Johnston's Taxis, Limited, having disposed of its business interests to Johnston's Blue Taxis,
Limited, the company go into voluntary liquidation, and that Mr. T. W. MABEN, of Auckland, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purposes of such winding-up.

WAIMARINO COUNTY COUNCIL.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND, BEING PART SECTION 23, BLOCK VIII, MAKOTUKU SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR THE PURPOSE OF ERECTION OF WORKERS' DWELLINGS.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of the Counties Act, 1920, to take the land described in the Schedule hereto for the purpose of the erection of workers' dwellings thereon, and notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the office of the Waimarino County Council, at Raetihi, and is there open for inspection, and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land should, if they have any well-grounded objection to the taking of the said land, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Chairman of the Waimarino County Council, at Raetihi.

SCHEDULE.

Approximate area of piece of land required to be taken : 5 acres 2 roods 37 perches, being part of Section 23, Block VIII, Makotutu Survey District, in the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan dated February, 1927, deposited in the office of the Waimarino County Council, at Raetihi, and thereon bordered red.

As witness my hand at Raetihi, this 28th day of February, 1927.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned FREDERICK FRASER and HENRY ROBERTS, in the business of Bakers and Pastrycooks carried on buy us in Kaikorai, Dunedin, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 31st day of January, 1927, and the business will henceforth be carried on by the said HENRY ROBERTS under the name or style of “Fraser and Roberts,” and he, the said HENRY ROBERTS, will pay and discharge all debts and liabilities and receive all money payable to the said late firm.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the partnership heretofore subsisting between GEORGE ROBERT HENRY TULLOCH and ALEXANDER SCOTT, carrying on business as Wholesale and Retail Fishmongers at Dunedin, under the style of “The Port Chalmers Fish Supply Company,” has been dissolved as from the 1st day of February, 1927.

Notice of Intention to take Land for Road and Recreation Purposes.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and amendments thereto, by the Waitemata County Council to execute certain public works—to wit, construction of roads through Lot 23 of Allotment 219, and Lot 6 of Allotment 110, in the Parish of Takapuna, and situated in Blocks VIII and XII, Waitemata Survey District, and shown on S.O. Plan 20573. Portion of Allotment 201, Parish of Takapuna, and situated in Block VIII, Waitemata Survey District, and shown on S.O. Plan 23663. Allotments 88, 89, and part 90, Parish of Kaukapakapa, and situated in Block VII, Kaipara Survey District, and shown on S.O. Plan 23749. Lot 31, being reserve for public purposes on D.P. 15467, Lot 2, on D.P. 13980, of Allotment 190, Parish of Takapuna (being Lots 27, 28, 29, and 30 on D.P. 15467), and Section 1 of Block III, Rangitoto Survey District, as shown on S.O. Plan 24065. And for the purpose of such public works the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken.

And notice is further given that the plans of the said roads and of the lands required to be taken are deposited for public inspection at the office of the Waitemata County Council, corner of Shortland and Princes Streets, Auckland.

And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of such public works, or by the taking of such lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objection to the execution of such public works or to the taking of such lands set forth the same in writing to the County Council's office, Auckland, within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice.
