A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a street, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Burgesses of the Borough of Lower Hutt as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

Situated in Block IX, Belmont Survey District (Hutt R.D.). (S.O. 2145 and 2146.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of March, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a mental hospital; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fifth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 650 acres 0 roods 22 perches.

Being Allotments N.W. Pn 54, S.E. Pn 54, 64, 67A, 15, and Karaka Lot 68, Parish of Waiau. Situated in Block V, Drury Survey District. (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 24081.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 68233, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, such road being no longer required.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road hereby stopped: 4 acres 1 rood 20 perches.

Adjoining Whitianga Block No. 9, situated in Block II, Tokata Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1255, brown.)

In the Gisborne Land District: as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67279, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of March, 1927.
