Land set apart for Selection.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section forty-seven of the Land for Settlements Act, 1925, it is, amongst other things, enacted that in no case shall any money be expended under the provisions of the said section forty-seven in connection with any block of land, unless that block is set apart for selection subject to the special provisions of that section:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of every power and authority enabling me in this behalf and for the purposes of the aforesaid section forty-seven, do hereby proclaim the land described in the Schedule hereto, being national-endowment land, as set apart for selection subject to the special provisions of that section.

HAWKE’S BAY LAND DISTRICT.—MANGATORO SURVEY DISTRICT.—TE TOHE BLOCK.
National Endowment.
SUBDIVISION 2 of Lot 2, S.G.R. 75, Block XV, Mangatoro Survey District: Area, 1,230 acres 1 rood 10 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 3rd day of March, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as closed the road in the Sutton Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 10 acres 3 roods 35 perches. Adjoining or passing through Section 2A, Block III, Sutton Survey District.
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 16/1432, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, under No. 2207, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of March, 1927.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for the development of water-power (Lake Coleridge Scheme, Cam Road Substation site), and I also hereby declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.

Adjoining Section 319, situated Block XV, Rangiora Survey District (Canterbury R.D.). (S.O. 882/413.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 67054, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 5th day of March, 1927.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water-power (Lake Coleridge Scheme, Cam Road Substation site); and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-seven.
