NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between us, the undersigned, carrying on business as Engineers at Leven Street, Invercargill, under the style or firm of “Parsons, Son, and Thompson,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 23rd day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, so far as concerns the said WALLACE THOMPSON, who retires from the said firm.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by the said RICHARD PARSONS and RICHARD THOMAS PARSONS, who will continue to carry on the said business in Partnership under the style or firm of “Parsons and Son.”

NOTICE is hereby given that a general meeting of the members of the above-named company will be held at the Liquidator’s office, 206 Victoria Arcade, Auckland, on Friday, the 26th day of November, 1926, at 11 a.m., for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator, and also of determining by extraordinary resolution the manner in which the books, accounts, and documents of the company and of the Liquidator thereof shall be disposed of.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR A ROAD THROUGH THOSE PIECES OF LAND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED IN THE SCHEDULE HEREUNDER WRITTEN, AND SITUATED IN THE PARISH OF WHANGAPE AND SURVEY DISTRICT OF RANGIRIRI.

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed by the Raglan County Council under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, to execute a certain public work—to wit, the construction of a road through those pieces of land more particularly described in the Schedule hereunder written, and situated in the Parish of Whangape and Survey District of Rangiriri; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the said Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is further given that the plans of the said roads and of the lands so required to be taken are deposited for public inspection at the office of the Raglan County Council at Ngaruawahia, and are there open for inspection. And notice is also hereby given that all persons affected by the execution of such public work or by the taking of such lands shall, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of such lands, set forth the same in writing and send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Raglan County Council at Ngaruawahia.
