In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of the NEW ZEALAND QUICKSILVER MINES (LIMITED).
At an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at the office of Messrs. Seaman and Shove, 4 Wyndham Street, Auckland, on Tuesday, the 19th day of October, 1926, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—
“That it having been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it s advisable to wind up the same, that the company accordingly be wound up voluntarily, and that Mr. ARCHIBALD MORRIS SEAMAN be appoint Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of GEORGE AND DOUGHTY (DANNEVIRKE), (LIMITED), being a company duly registered as a private company under the Companies Act, 1908.
Notice is hereby given that a petition for the winding-up of the above-named company by the Supreme Court was on the 16th day of October, 1926, presented to the Honourable Mr. Justice Skerrett, Chief Justice of New Zealand, by ADELAIDE MALMANCHE, of Dannevirke, Widow, a contributory of the said company.
And the said petition is directed to be heard before a Judge of the said Court on the 9th day of November, 1926, at Palmerston North, and any creditor or contributory of the said company desirous to oppose the making of an order for the winding-up of the said company under the above Act should appear at the time of hearing by himself or his counsel for that purpose; and a copy of the petition will be furnished to any creditor or contributory of the said company requiring the same by the undersigned on payment of the regulated charge for the same.
