Land proclaimed as a Road, and the Road closed, and Land taken in Blocks X and XI, Paritutu Survey District, Taranaki County.

A PROCLAMATION.
I N pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Paritutu Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto; and I do also hereby take the land described in the Third Schedule hereto for the purposes of subsection ten of the said section twelve.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a road : 1 acre 2 roods 21·4 perches.
Being portion of Section 27, Block X ; coloured pink.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
Road closed.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed : 1 acre 2 roods 19 perches.
Adjoining or passing through Section 32, Block XI, and part Section 27, Block X ; coloured green.
THIRD SCHEDULE.
LAND TAKEN.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 3 roods 4 perches.
Being portion of Section 27, Block X ; coloured yellow.
All situated in Paritutu Survey District (Tarurutangi R.D.). All in the Taranaki Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66344, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of October, 1926.

All in the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 62024, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
