Classification of Roads in the Franklin County.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred on me
by the Motor-lorry Regulations, 1925, and the Motor-
lorry Regulations Amendment No. 1, I, Kenneth Stuart
Williams, Minister of Public Works, do hereby approve of
the Franklin County Council's proposed classification of
roads as set forth in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

CLASSIFICATION OF ROADS IN THE FRANKLIN COUNTY.

Roads classified in the Third Class (available for the use thereon
of any motor-lorry which, with the maximum load it is
licensed to carry, weighs not more than 6 tons)--

Great South Road, from Section 15, Block IV, at Papakura Town Board boundary, to Section 122, Block I, Maramarua Survey District, at Mercer Town Board boundary.
Pokeno to Paeroa Road, from intersection with Great South Road at Pokeno Township, Block I, Maramarua Survey District, to southern boundary of Section 37, Block XV, Opaheke.
Pukekohe-Waiuku Road, from Pukekohe Borough boundary at Lot 105, Section I, Pukekohe, to Waiuku Town Board boundary at north-west corner of Section 39, Block III, MaIoro Survey District, via Mauku.
