Declaring Portions of Roads in the Waikato County to be County
Roads.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
September, 1926.
Present :
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portions of roads described in the Schedule hereto shall, on
and after the date of this Order in Council, become county
roads.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road known as Te Miro Valley Road,
commencing at its junction with Maungakawa Road in Section
1065, Te Tapu Block, Block III; and proceeding thence
generally in a south-westerly direction adjoining or passing
through the said Section 1065, Te Tapu Block, and Section 22a,
Block III, Section 21s, Blocks III and II, Sections 20s, 19s,
71s, cemetery reserve, 31s, 32s, Block II; Section 34s,
Blocks II and I; and Section 35s, Blocks I and V; and terminating
at a point near the south-western corner of the said
Section 35s, Block V; being a distance of 5 miles 35 chains,
more or less; marked A-B-C on plan.
Also all that portion of road known as Whitehall Road commencing
at its junction with Maungakawa Road and proceeding
thence generally in a south-easterly direction, adjoining or
passing through Sections 4s and 5s, Block VI; and terminating
at a point opposite the easternmost corner of the said Section
5s; being a distance of 1 mile 37 chains, more or less;
marked G-H on plan.
Also all that portion of road known as Thompson's Access
(Te Miro) Road commencing at its junction with Taylor Road
and proceeding thence generally in an easterly direction,
adjoining Section 12s, Block VI; and terminating at a point
near the boundary between the said Section 12s and Section
13s, Block VI; being a distance of 11 chains, more or
less; marked D-F on plan.
Also all that portion of road known as Taylor Road commencing
at its junction with Te Miro Valley Road and proceeding
thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or
passing through Sections 17s and 15s, Block II; and Section
12s, Block VI; and terminating at its junction with
Maungakawa Road; being a distance of 2 miles 20 chains,
more or less, marked B-D-E on plan.
Also all that portion of road known as Martyn Road or
Crowther's Deviation commencing at its junction with Maungakawa
Road and proceeding thence generally in an easterly
direction, adjoining or passing through Section 52s, Blocks VI
and VII; Sections 53s, 54s, 55s, and 56s, Block VII; and
terminating at a point opposite the south-eastern corner of
the said Section 56s; being a distance of 28 chains, more or
less; marked I-J on plan.
All in the Auckland Land District, Waikato County, Cambridge
Survey District. As the same are more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66805, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of the Maclennan River Road, in the Clutha
County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
September, 1926.

His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in
anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by
and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the
portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and
after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Otago Land District, Clutha
County, known as the Maclennan River Road, commencing
at its junction with the Houipapa to Kahauka Road and proceeding
thence generally in a southerly direction, adjoining or
passing through Sections 5 and 6, Block VI, Woodland Survey
District, and terminating at the northernmost corner of Section
7, Block IX, Woodland Survey District; being a distance
of 56 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly
delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66934, deposited in
the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in
the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Directing the Sale of Land in the City of Auckland under the
Public Works Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
September, 1926.
Present :
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of
the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
such land being no longer required for the public work for
which it was acquired.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold :
21Β·6 perches. Being Lot 1 of Section 83 on D.P. 1720 of
Subdivision Part Allotment 41 of Section 8, Suburbs of
Auckland.
Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District (City
of Auckland), (Auckland R.D.). (S.O. 23719).
In the North Auckland Land District. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
65812, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Recreation Reserve in Gisborne Land District brought under
Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 6th day of
September, 1926.
Present :
His Excellency The Governor-General in Council.
BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by
the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and
Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and
with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the
said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve
for recreation in the Gisborne Land District described in the
Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought
under the operation of and declared to be subject to the
provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall
hereafter be known as the Gray's Bush Domain, and be
managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.
SCHEDULE.
GISBORNE LAND DISTRICT.
SECTION 2, Block XIV, Waimata Survey District, containing
an area of 30 acres, more or less, and being all the land comprised
in certificate of title, Volume 77, folio 17, Gisborne
Registry.
