Fixing Dates on which certain Returns under the Fire Brigades Act, 1908, are to be furnished.

Wellington, 2nd February, 1926.

PURSUANT to section 22 of the Fire Brigades Act, 1908, it is hereby notified that the returns showing the total gross amount of the premiums received by or due to fire-insurance companies during the year ended 31st December, 1925, shall be transmitted to the Fire Boards concerned, in the manner prescribed by the said section, on or before the 31st May, 1926.

The Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

I, WILLIAM EDWARD BROWN, Acting Assistant Registrar of Incorporated Societies, do hereby declare that, as it has been made to appear to me that the Eltham Sports and Pastimes Club (Incorporated) is defunct and has ceased its operations, the aforesaid society is hereby dissolved in pursuance of section 28 of the Incorporated Societies Act, 1908.

Double Island Point Light.—Alteration in Period.

With reference to Notice to Mariners No. 10 of 1925, mariners and others are hereby notified that the period and the duration of flash of the flashing white light on Double Island Point were reduced on 21st December, 1925.

Position.—On the summit of Double Island Point. Lat. 25° 56′ S., long. 153° 13′ E., on Chart No. 1068.

Details :—
Character.—Flashing White every two and a half seconds, thus : Flash ⅓ sec., eclipse 2⅓ sec.
Remarks.—In other respects the light remains unaltered.
