Butcher’s Bridge Loan, £400.

That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Franklin County Council Butcher’s Bridge Road (Waiuku) Special-rating Area Loan of £400 (1926), authorized to be raised by the Franklin County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of forming and metalling Butcher’s Bridge Road (Waiuku), the said Franklin County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of five-eighths of a penny (5/8ths d.) in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Butcher’s Bridge Road (Waiuku) Special-rating Area, being part of Waipipi Riding of the County of Franklin, being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Franklin County Council Razorback—Jericho Road Special-rating Area Loan of £400 (1926), authorized to be raised by the Franklin County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of metalling portion of the Razorback to Jericho Road, the said Franklin County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of five-sixths of a penny (5/6ths d.) in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Razorback—Jericho Road Special-rating Area, being part of Pukekohe East Riding of the County of Franklin, being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Franklin County Glenbrook District Special-rating Area Loan of £2,000 (1926), authorized to be raised by the Franklin County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of forming and metalling the following roads:—

(a.) Waiuku—Drury Road from Glenbrook Hall to Conroy’s Corner:

(b.) Tramway Road from Ti Ti Corner to Glenbrook Station,——

the said Franklin County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-eighths of a penny (3d.) in the pound sterling upon the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Glenbrook District Special-rating Area of Franklin County, being parts of Waiuku and Mauku Ridings of the County of Franklin, being more particularly described in the Schedule hereto; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
