THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.

Land Registrar at Auckland; thence south-easterly generally along the Oraka Stream Reserve to the north-eastern corner of Section 101, Selwyn Settlement, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of the said Section 101 to its southernmost corner; thence by a right line crossing a public road and the Auckland-Rotorua Railway to the north-western corner of Section 17, Selwyn Settlement, Block X, Patetere North Survey District; thence by a right line to the southernmost corner of Lot 64 on plan 17362 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of said Lot 64 to the north-western corner of the said lot; thence by a line at right angles across Lichfield Road, and produced for a distance of 9½ chains from the eastern side of the said Lichfield Road; thence north-westerly along a line parallel to Lichfield Road to Arapuni Road; thence across Arapuni Road and northerly along a line parallel to the south-western boundary of Lot 3 on plan 15603 deposited as aforesaid for a distance of 11 chains; thence north-easterly along a line at right angles to the aforesaid south-western boundary to its intersection with the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2 on plan 15603 aforesaid; thence northerly along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2 aforesaid to its northernmost corner; thence by a right line across Lot 5 on plan 15603 aforesaid to peg No. XXXIX on the north-western boundary of the said Lot 5; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundary of the said Lot 5 to Overdale Road, across Overdale Road, the Auckland-Rotorua Railway, and Buckland Street; thence by a right line to a point being the intersection of the production of the western boundary of Lot 180 on plan 17973, deposited as aforesaid, and the production of the north-western boundaries of Lots 97, 98, and 99 on the said plan; thence to and along the north-western boundaries of the said Lots 97, 98, and 99, the north-western boundaries of Lots 96, 95, 94, 93, 92, and 91 on plan 18502, deposited as aforesaid, to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned lot; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundaries of Lots 88, 87, and 86 and that boundary produced to the southern boundary of part Section 97, as shown on plan 13158 deposited as aforesaid; thence north-easterly along that boundary to the south-eastern corner of the said part Section 97, the place of commencement.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of August, 1926.
