Notice of Allocation of Wards to Producers’ Representatives
under the Dairy-produce Export Control Amendment Act,
1926.
CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.
WHEREAS by section four of the Dairy-produce Export
Control Amendment Act, 1926, it is enacted that
forthwith after the passing of that Act the Governor-General
shall, by notice in the Gazette, allot in manner therein pro-
vided to the several producers’ representatives then in office
as members of the New Zealand Dairy-produce Control Board
the several wards constituted by the said Act:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do here-
by allot to the several wards whose numbers appear in the
first column of the Schedule hereto the respective representa-
tives whose names appear opposite to the numbers of such
wards in the second column of the said Schedule.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS it is enacted by the Town Boards Act,
1908, that the Governor-General may declare that
any locality outside a borough wherein there are not less
than fifty householders shall be a town district :
And whereas a petition has been presented to the
Governor-General by the inhabitants within the area men-
tioned and described in the said petition, praying that such
area may be constituted a town district under the Town
Boards Act, 1908 :
And whereas a Commission appointed in pursuance of
section two of the Town Boards Amendment Act, 1912, held
an inquiry, and reported that the locality defined in the said
petition was suitable for municipal control, and made certain
alterations of the boundaries thereof :
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pur-
suance and exercise of the power and authority vested in
me by the Town Boards Act, 1908, and of all other powers
enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare
that as on and from the first day of September, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-six, the area described in the
Schedule hereto, being the locality defined in the said petition,
with boundaries as altered by the said Commission, shall be a
town district, and the same is hereby constituted a town
district under the Town Boards Act, 1908, by the name of the
Putaruru Town District. And, in further pursuance and
exercise of the said powers, I do hereby proclaim, declare, and
appoint that the Board of Commissioners for the said district
shall consist of seven members.

PUTARURU TOWN DISTRICT.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a
line commencing at the south-eastern corner of part Section 97
as shown on plan 13158 deposited in the office of the District
