Borough Council under the provisions of the said section 1a of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, for the purpose of completing the water and drainage scheme, the Foxton Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 5/32d. in the pound on the unimproved rateable value of all the rateable property in the Borough of Foxton; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of the loan, and be payable annually on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

BOROUGH OF DEVONPORT.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Devonport Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Devonport Borough Unemployment Relief Loan of £20,000, 1926, authorized to be raised by the Devonport Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act for the purpose of—
(a.) Widening Lake Road:
(b.) Construction of sea-wall at Vauxhall Beach:
(c.) Construction of stormwater-drain at corner of Victoria Road and Albert Road:
(d.) Widening of Vauxhall Road at Bath Street and construction of conveniences under footpath:
(e.) Construction of seawall and widening Queen’s Parade—the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three eighths (3/8ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the Borough of Devonport; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until such loan is fully paid off.

KIWITEA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTIONS MAKING SPECIAL RATES.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Kiwitea County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
Vinegar Hill Bridge Special Loan of £2,500.
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Kiwitea County Vinegar Hill Bridge Loan of £2,500, 1926, authorized to be raised by the Kiwitea County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of the renewal of old wooden spans of Vinegar Hill Bridge, the said Kiwitea County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one seventy-second (1/72nd) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the whole of the County of Kiwitea; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of May in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Upper Mania Road Special-rating Area Loan of £275.
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Kiwitea County Upper Mania Road Special-rating Area Loan of £275, 1926, authorized to be raised by the Kiwitea County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of widening and metalling approximately 88 chains of Mania Road in the Hautapu Riding, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-fifth (⅕) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Upper Mania Road Special-rating Area in the County of Kiwitea, being all that parcel of land—
Bounded on the north by Sections 6A, 6B, 6C, and the Titirangi and Tawai Roads; on the east by Sections 17, 20, and 18, Block XIII, Ruahine Survey District; on the south by Sections 3, 23A, 23B, 21, 20, 15, 14, and 16, Blocks XVI, Hautapu, and XIII, Ruahine Survey Districts; and on the west by Sections 8 and 24, Block XVI, Hautapu Survey District;
and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Conspicuous Road Special-rating Area Loan of £150.
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Kiwitea County Conspicuous Road Special-rating Area Loan of £150, 1926, authorized to be raised by the Kiwitea County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of trimming and metalling approximately 66¼ chains of Conspicuous Road in the Rangiwahia Riding, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eleven-sixtieths (11/60ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Conspicuous Road Special-rating Area, being described as follows:—
Bounded on the north by the Main Road, the Scandlyn Stream, and Section 1, Block IV, Umutoi Survey District; on the east by Sections 3, 10, and 15, Block IV, Umutoi Survey District; on the south by the Oroua River; and on the west by the Main Road;
and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

WAITEMATA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Waitemata County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £400 authorized to be raised by the Waitemata County Council under the aforesaid Act, for road-construction and bridge and culvert building, and approaches thereto in the Waipareira Riding of the County of Waitemata, the said Waitemata County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 1/32nd of one penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property within the limits of the Waipareira Riding of the County of Waitemata, the boundaries of which are legally defined as a legal subdivision; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 30th June in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

PAPAKURA TOWN BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Papakura Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—
“That, for the purposes of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £15,500, authorized to be raised by the Papakura Town Board under the above-mentioned Act for the reconstruction of the Great South Road, the said Papakura Town Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of three farthings in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property of the Papakura Town District; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the 15th day of January and the 15th day of July, in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
