Persons nominated as qualified for Appointment as Assessors under the Cook Islands Act, 1915.

CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General.

PURSUANT to the authority vested in me by section two hundred and ninety-five of the Cook Islands Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby nominate the persons named in the following Schedule hereto as persons qualified for appointment as Assessors under the said Act generally in criminal trials in the High Court of the Cook Islands, wheresoever such trials may be held, and I declare this Warrant shall take effect as from the first day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
