Recreation Reserve in Nelson Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 2nd day of August, 1926.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Nelson Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be, and the same is hereby brought under the operation of, and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Waimangaroa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SECTION 224, Town of Waimangaroa, Block I, Kawatiri Survey District: Area, 3 acres, more or less.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mount Herbert Domain.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty-seven of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint the

Waipukurau County Council

to be the Mount Herbert Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Saturday, the fourth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the County Council Office, Waipukurau, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

to be the Tokoroa Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Monday, the sixth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the time when, and the Tokoroa Memorial Hall as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.

Validating Proceedings in connection with a Loan of £200 proposed to be raised by the Manukau County Council.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

WHEREAS the Manukau County Council, acting under and in pursuance of the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, proposes to raise a loan of two hundred pounds (£200) authorized by a special order passed on the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and confirmed on the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, pursuant to a petition of the rate-payers in the Bullen’s Road Special-rating Area of the County of Manukau dated the ninth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, for the purpose of trimming, watertabling, culverting, and metalling the road giving access to the properties from the Clevedon-Papakura Road in the Wairoa Riding of the County of Manukau:

And whereas the proceedings are irregular in that the special Order was passed on the sixteenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and confirmed on the sixteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-sixth, such date of confirmation being sooner than the twenty-eighth day after the date of the special meeting at which such special order was passed, as required by section ninety-nine of the Counties Act, 1920 :
