Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Post-office and Automatic Telephone-exchange at Courtenay Place in the City of Wellington.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office and automatic telephone-exchange; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the nineteenth day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 15·47 perches, being portion of Sections 284 and 285, Town of Wellington.
Situated in City of Wellington. (S.O. 2115.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66638, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works, at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered purple.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 29th day of August, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the Wellington-Napier Railway (Lower Hutt Valley Duplication), in the Borough of Petone.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 11·19 perches.
Portion of Lot 118 (D.P. 1744) of Section 7 (Hutt R.D.).
Situated in the Borough of Petone, Block XIII, Belmont Survey District. (S.O. 2050.)
In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65353 (sheet 2), deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 31st day of July, 1926.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 acre 1 rood 24 perches, being portion of Section 4.
Situated in Block VIII, Waihi South Survey District (Auckland R.D.), (S.O. 24112).
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66549, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908, and the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for historic purposes, and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-second day of August, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
