EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of lease in
perpetuity, Vol. 30, folio 35, for Section 1, Block XI,
Egmont Survey District, whereof CHARLES BLUNDELL
LUMSDEN, of Lepperton, Farmer, is the registered lessee,
and application having been made to me for the issue of a
provisional lease in perpetuity, I hereby give notice of my
intention to issue such provisional lease in perpetuity as
requested, at the expiration of fourteen days from the date
of the Gazette containing this notice.
