17ch.).

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of
every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in
this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet,
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby
proclaim and declare that the additional land mentioned in
the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the East Coast Main
Trunk Railway (Tauranga Section), in the Borough of
Tauranga.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken : 2 acres 2 roods
19·9 perches, being Lots 1—8, 10, 11, and new road (D.P.
15399), being a subdivision of Allotments 33—41 of Section 1,
Town of Tauranga.

Situated in the Borough of Tauranga.

In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65217,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 26th day of
January, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section
twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in
Clarendon Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as a
road: 1 acre O roods 31 perches, being portion of Sections 5
and 6.

Situated in Block VI, Clarendon Survey District (Otago
R.D.).

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more par-
ticularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65083,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued
under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of
January, 1926.

inion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the
land in Ongo Survey District described in the First
Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the
road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

All in the Wellington Land District; as the same are
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64081,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured as above mentioned.

hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road de-
scribed in the Second Schedule hereto.
