The North-eastern Side of Portion of Haslett Street and the South-eastern Side of Portion of Copeland Street, in the City of Auckland, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of June, 1926.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Auckland City Council on the eighteenth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz.:—
“ That the Auckland City Council, having control of Haslett and Copeland Streets, Auckland, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the portion of Haslett Street fronting Lots 2 and 3 and portion of Copeland Street fronting Lots 1 and 2 of Lots 48, 49, and 50, of Allotment 8, Section 5, Suburbs of Auckland”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Haslett Street nor on the south-eastern side of the portion of Copeland Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portions of streets.
SCHEDULE.
THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, known as Haslett Street, fronting Lots 2 and 3 of Lots 48, 49, and 50 of Allotment 8, Section 5, Suburbs of Auckland.
Also the south-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the said Land District and City, known as Copeland Street, fronting Lots 1 and 2 of Lots 48, 49, and 50 of Allotment 8, Section 5, Suburbs of Auckland.
As the said portions of streets are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65820, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured blue.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Dunedin City Council on the nineteenth day of May, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, viz.:—
“ That the Council of the City of Dunedin hereby resolves that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to that portion of the north-eastern side of that street in the City of Dunedin known as Duckworth Street where the same abuts on Section 11 and part of Section 10, Block I, Anderson’s Bay District; as the same portion of the said street is more particularly shown by red colour on the plan hereunto annexed”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-eastern side of the portion of Duckworth Street (described in
the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

THE north-eastern side of all that portion of street situated in the Otago Land District, City of Dunedin, known as Duckworth Street, fronting Section 11 and part Section 10, Block I, Anderson’s Bay District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65368, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

Declaring Portion of Carlin’s Road, in the Otorohanga County, to be a County Road.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of June, 1926.

His EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Auckland Land District, Otorohanga County, known as Carlin’s Road, commencing at a point in Orahiri No. 3A, Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District, approximately 7 chains south of Haukari Stream, and proceeding thence generally in a north-westerly direction, adjoining or passing through part Orahiri No. 3A, Tapuae-hounuku B No. 3B, part of Section 12, the northernmost corner of Orahiri 3B 2, and again part of Section 12, Block XIV, Pirongia Survey District, and terminating at a point approximately twenty chains north of the boundary between the said Section 12 and Orahiri No. 3B 2; being a distance of 1 mile 30 chains, more or less. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 66302, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the portions of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become Government roads.
