Disease. Period of Exclusion from School of Children suffering from Infectious Disease. (Patients.) Period of Exclusion from School of Children exposed to Infection. (Contacts.)
Influenza (mild) Until the temperature has been normal for at least four days and catarrhal symptoms have disappeared 1. If the patient treated at home, until period of isolation of patient has expired.
Influenza (including Fulminant, Pneumonic, and Septicaemic Influenza) Until a certificate is furnished by the medical attendant that the patient has recovered and the period of isolation prescribed by regulation has been completed 2. If patient removed to hospital, until four days from date of removal.
Mumps (Epidemic Parotitis) For at least two weeks from the commencement, provided that one clear week has elapsed since the complete subsidence of the swelling 1. Not to be excluded unless the Medical Officer of Health or the School Medical Officer directs. 2. Infants and other children who have not had the disease Three weeks from the date of the last exposure to infection.
Chicken-pox (Varicella) For at least two weeks and until every scab is off scalp and body
Ringworm, Trachoma, Scabies (Itch), Impetigo Contagiosa Until a certificate is furnished by a medical practitioner that child is cured. Wherever certificates are not readily procurable teachers to use their discretion Not to be excluded unless the Medical Officer of Health directs.
Pediculosis (Lice) Until a certificate is furnished by a medical practitioner that child is cured; whenever certificates are not readily procurable teachers to use their discretion. Ditto.

Domain Board appointed to have Control of the Mount Richmond Domain. CHARLES FERGUSSON, Governor-General. ORDER IN COUNCIL. At the Government House at Wellington, this 14th day of June, 1926. Present: His Excellency the Governor-General in Council. In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby appoint Hubert Thomas Clements, Selwyn Bolger Ireland Little Hamlin, Frederick Charles Lippiatt, Charles Robert Petrie, Robert Black Todd, Tom Corden Probett Whiteley, and Roy Waldo Fry Wood to be the Mount Richmond Domain Board, having control of the land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby appoint Wednesday, the seventh day of July, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at half-past two o'clock p.m., as the time when, and the Otahuhu Borough Council Chambers, as the place where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held. SCHEDULE. MOUNT RICHMOND DOMAIN. All that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 33 acres 0 roods 23 perches, more or less, being Allotment 69 of Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland, Parish of Waitemata, and part of Allotment 23 of Subdivision 3 of Hamlin's Grant, No. 16841, at Otahuhu. Bounded towards the north-west, north-east, and east by land originally granted to James Hamlin, 574.6, 936.7, 998.3, and 1208.5 links respectively; towards the south-east and north-east by Lot 1 of the said Subdivision 3, 235 and 270 links respectively; towards the east by the Panmure Road, 50 links; towards the south and south-west by other part of the said Lot 23, 46.8 and 271.7 links respectively; again towards the south-east and south by subdivision of Allotment 3 of the land granted to James Hamlin aforesaid, 345 and 2196.8 links respectively; towards the west by the Great South Road, 229.3 links; towards the north by Allotment 61 of the aforesaid Section 12, 362.3 links; towards the north-west and south-west by the said Allotment 61, 790.1, 128, 227.5, and 743.3 links respectively: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on plan marked 1/503, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red. (Auckland Plan No. 5519.) F. D. In pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon him by the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and prescribe that the fees payable in respect of proceedings of the Native Land Court under Part II of the Rating Act, 1925, shall be as follows:- On lodging a claim for rates,- Where the amount does not exceed £5 Nil. s.d. Where the amount exceeds £5 but does not exceed £10.. 3 0 Where amount exceeds £10 .. 5 0 On order granting charge,- Where amount does not exceed £2 .. Nil.
