MEDICAL REGISTRATION.
I, WALTER GRANVILLE CAREW, L.R.C.P., L.R.C.S., Edin., 1921, now residing in Wanganui, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 19th February next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Auckland.

THE INCHBONNIE ESTATE COMPANY (LIMITED).
IN LIQUIDATION.
NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of the above-named company held at its registered office, Cathedral Square, Christchurch, on the 2nd day of December, 1925, the following special resolution was passed, and at a subsequent extraordinary general meeting of the said company held on the 18th day of December, 1925, the said resolution was duly confirmed, viz. :-
"That the company be wound up voluntarily."
The following resolution was also passed at the extraordinary general meeting of the company held on the 18th day of December, 1925 :-
"That Mr. H. COTTERILL and Mr. A. F. WRIGHT be appointed the Liquidators for the purpose of winding-up."

"That the company, owing to its liabilities, being unable to carry on its business, be wound up voluntarily, and that PERCY PALFREY CRAWFORD be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up."

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership hitherto existing between WILLIAM VERRAN and CLIFTON WEBB VERRAN, as Shipping and Customs House Agents at Auckland, has this day been dissolved. All moneys owing to the said firm are to be paid to ROBERT ARTHUR SPINLEY, of Auckland, Accountant, to whom also all claims should be sent in.
The business will in future be carried on at the old premises by CLIFTON WEBB VERRAN.

THE ONEHUNGA FIRE BOARD.
THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the body corporate called the ONEHUNGA FIRE BOARD intends to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a site for a fire brigade station, and that a plan of the land proposed to be taken is deposited in the office of the Town Clerk at Onehunga, and may be inspected there without a fee during office hours. And further notice is hereby given that unless within forty days from the first publication of this notice a notice in writing objecting to the taking of such land is sent to the Onehunga Fire Board, care of Mr. Val. Kirk, Ellison Chambers, Queen Street, Auckland, the Secretary to the said Fire Board, the said Onehunga Fire Board shall proceed to take the said land for such work.
THE SCHEDULE.
All that piece of land situate at (Upper) Queen Street, Onehunga, near the corner of Mount Smart Road, being part of Allotment 8 of Section 41, Suburbs of Onehunga. Bounded, commencing at a point in the north-eastern corner of said Allotment 8, on the east by Queen Street, 50 ft.; on the south by part of said Allotment 8, 150 ft.; on the west by a line parallel to and distant 150 ft. from the eastern boundary of the said land, 50 ft.; and towards the north by a line parallel to and distant 50 ft. from the southern boundary-line of the said land, 150 ft.; and being the whole of the land comprised in conveyance registered in the Deeds Registry Office at Auckland under Number 336862. A survey plan (the North Auckland Survey Office number of which is 23657) of which land has been prepared and a copy of which plan has been deposited with the Town Clerk at Onehunga for public inspection.

AT an extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders of the above-named company duly convened and held on the 6th day of January, 1926, the following extraordinary resolution was passed :-
"That it is proved to the satisfaction of the company that it cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily."

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore existing between MICHAEL O'DONNELL and EDMUND O'DONNELL, carrying on business as Second-hand Dealers at 280 King Street, Dunedin, under the style or firm of "M. O'Donnell and Company," has been dissolved as from the twenty-first day of September, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five.
All debts due to and owing by the said late firm will be received and paid respectively by MICHAEL O'DONNELL, who will continue to carry on the said business under the style or firm of "M. O'Donnell and Company."
