IN LIQUIDATION.

NOTICE is hereby given that by entry in its minute-book signed by the requisite number of shareholders the above-named company passed the following resolution under date of the 18th December, 1925 :—

“It is hereby resolved that the VELLO COMPANY (LIMITED) be wound up voluntarily, and that LAURENCE ACKWORTH DENTON, Public Accountant, Hastings, be and he is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”

N.Z., 1925, now residing in Taumarunui, hereby give notice that I intend applying on the 14th February next to have my name placed on the Medical Register of the Dominion of New Zealand; and that I have deposited the evidence of my qualification in the office of the Department of Health at Auckland.

NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND intends to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school, the following land, namely :—

All that piece of land situate in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing three (3) acres, more or less, being part of Allotment thirty-two (32) of the Parish of Ruapekapeka, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 263, folio 295, of the Register-book in the Land Transfer Office at Auckland.

A plan of the said land is deposited at the Post-office at Towai, and is there open for inspection by all persons at all reasonable hours. All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of such land, and to send such writing within forty days from the first publication of this notice to the Education Board of the District of Auckland, at its office in Williamson’s Chambers, Shortland Street, Auckland.
