A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Uawa Survey District described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE.

Situated in Uawa Survey District (Gisborne R.D.).

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of January, 1926.

Additional Land taken for the Purposes of a Post-office in Block VII, Waimea Survey District, Borough of Richmond.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a post-office; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 6·78 perches, Portion of Section 25, Waimea East (Borough of Richmond), situated in Block VII, Waimea Survey District.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64870, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured green.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 13th day of January, 1926.

Land taken for the Purposes of a State Forest in Block XIII, Greenvale Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a State forest; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the eighth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

SCHEDULE.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 230 acres 2 roods 36 perches.

Being Sections 14, 18, and 1209R, situated in Block XIII, Greenvale Survey District.

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64652, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 18th day of January, 1926.
