ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of January, 1926.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Auckland City Council to permit the laying off of a street of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than fifty-four feet, within the area described in the Schedule hereto, it being inexpedient to lay off a street of a width of sixty-six feet within the said area.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area situated in the North Auckland Land District, City of Auckland, containing approximately 16 acres 0 roods 14 perches, being part Allotments 9 and 10, Section 9, Suburbs of Auckland. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64980, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon bordered black.

Authorizing the Laying-off of a Private Street in the Borough of Bluff of a Width less than 66 ft., but not less than 40 ft.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of January, 1926.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby authorize the Bluff Borough Council to permit the laying-off of a private street of a width less than sixty-six feet, but not less than forty feet within the area described in the Schedule hereto, it being inexpedient to lay off a street of a width of sixty-six feet within such area.

SCHEDULE.
ALL that area of land in the Southland Land District, Borough of Bluff, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 3 roods 33·3 perches, more or less, being Section 2 and part Section 4, Block XXIII, Town of Campbelltown. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64196, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red, green, and edged blue.

Confirming Resolution made by the Auckland Harbour Board under Section 47, Finance Act, 1925.

THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS the Auckland Harbour Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”), by a special resolution dated the eleventh day of March, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, established a superannuation fund under the Local Authorities Superannuation Act, 1908, for the benefit of the permanent employees then or thereafter in its service:
And whereas such resolution was confirmed by the Governor by Order in Council dated the twelfth day of April, one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, as provided by the said Act:
And whereas the Board by a special resolution passed on the eighth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, and confirmed on the twenty-second day of the same month, made under section forty-seven of the Finance Act, 1925 (hereinafter referred to as “the said resolution”), has increased the benefits payable to or on behalf of the widow of certain deceased contributors or annuitants in manner provided in the said resolution:
And whereas it is expedient to confirm the said resolution:
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred upon him by section forty-seven of the Finance Act, 1925, and section six of the Local Authorities Superannuation Act, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in that behalf, and acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby confirm the said resolution, and doth hereby declare that the said resolution shall take effect as from the twelfth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.

Consent to exercise by Chief Judge of Power of Amendment.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 12th day of January, 1926.
Present:
THE RIGHT HONOURABLE J. G. COATES, P.C., PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.
WHEREAS by subsection eight of section seven of the Native Land Amendment and Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1922; it is enacted that in all cases where an order is dated more than five years previously to the receipt of the application, the Chief Judge of the Native Land Court shall first obtain the consent of the Governor-General in Council before making any order thereunder:
And whereas application has been made under the said section to amend an order of the Native Land Court dated the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, granting succession in respect of the interest of Hariata Inupo (deceased) in Otetao B Block.
Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Chief Judge exercising with regard to the said recited order of the twelfth day of June, one thousand nine hundred and sixteen, all and every the jurisdiction granted to him by the said section seven and to the making of any such order thereunder as may seem necessary or expedient.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby consent to the Waitomo County Council stopping the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.
