KAIKOURA COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Kaikoura County Council hereby resolves as follows:
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Kaikoura County Reimbursement Loan of £1,255, 1926, authorized to be raised by the Kaikoura County Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of recouping the County Fund Account to the extent of £1,255, being part of the amount advanced from that fund in respect of electric installation in the Peninsula Riding of the said county, the said Kaikoura County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of three-sixteenths (3/16ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Peninsula Riding of the County of Kaikoura; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of September in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period fo twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

PAPATOETOE TOWN BOARD.
RESOLUTIONS MAKING SPECIAL RATES.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Papatoetoe Town Board hereby resolves as follows:—
Loan of £6,000.
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Papatoetoe Town Board Roading Loan of £6,000, 1926, authorized to be raised by the Papatoetoe Town Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of regrading, providing foundations and shoulders, constructing and paving with cement concrete, and alterations to paths on that portion of the Great South Road Main Highway, situated within the boundaries of the Papatoetoe Town District (£6,000), the said Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one farthing (¼d.) in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the Papatoetoe Town District; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
Loan of £4,500.
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges on the Papatoetoe Town Board Recreation and Park Area Loan of £4,500, 1926, authorized to be raised by the Papatoetoe Town Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of—
(a.) To purchase an area of approximately 5¾ acres adjoining the Recreation Reserve, the sum of £2,500;
(b.) To purchase an area of approximately 5¼ acres between Wallace Road and the railway-line and adjoining the Depot, the sum of £2,000,—
the said Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of one-sixth (⅙th) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the whole of the Papatoetoe Town District; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and a half (36½) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

ONEHUNGA BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Onehunga Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of £2,000, authorized to be raised by the Onehunga Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for drainage advances to ratepayers, the said Onehunga Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of 3/64d. in the pound upon the unimproved rateable value of all rateable property of the Borough of Onehunga; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable half-yearly on the first day of January and the first day of July in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 10 years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

NOTICE OF WINDING-UP.

AT a meeting of the members of the above-named company duly held on the 31st day of May, 1926, the following resolution was duly passed:—
That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that HAROLD HUGH SYKES and HAROLD BOOTH, both of Dunedin, Accountants, be appointed Liquidators for the purpose of such winding-up.
