ORDER IN COUNCIL.
At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of
May, 1926.
Present:
HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him
by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council
of the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that
the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto shall, on and after the date of this Order in Council, become a
county road.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that portion of road in the Taranaki Land District,
Waitomo County, known as Mapara Road, commencing at a
point opposite the boundary between Sections 6 and 4,
Block V, Totoro Survey District, and proceeding thence
generally in an easterly direction, adjoining or passing through
the said Section 4 and Sections 57B 2, 15, 16, 13, 11, and 12,
Block V, Totoro Survey District, and terminating at or near
the north-eastern corner of the said Section 11; being a
distance of 3 miles 16 chains, more or less. As the same is
more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D.
66128, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works
at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon
coloured red.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 28th day of

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in him by
the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers
in anywise enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the
Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting
by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of
the said Dominion, doth hereby order and declare that the

and terminating at a point opposite the boundary between
the said Section 2 and Section 1, Block V, Taurakawa Survey
District; being a distance of 2 miles 48 chains, more or less.
As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan
marked P.W.D. 66148, deposited in the office of the Minister
of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land
District, and thereon coloured red.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities
conferred upon him by the Public Works Act, 1908,
His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
direct the sale of the land described in the Schedule hereto,
such land being no longer required for the public work for
which it was taken.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land directed to be sold : 23·5 perches.
Being Section No. 11, situated in Block VI, Kawatiri Survey
District.
In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 23849,
deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at
Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by
section forty of the Public Reserves and Domains Act,
1908, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion
of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent
of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby
appoint
William Bramble,
James Moscow Brown,
William George Marsh,
John Benjamin Morris, and
Harry Wigmore
to be the Mackaytown Domain Board, having control of the
land described in the Schedule hereto; and doth hereby
appoint Wednesday, the thirtieth day of June, one thousand
nine hundred and twenty-six, at eight o’clock p.m., as the
time when, and the Public Hall, Karangahake, as the place
where, the first meeting of the Board shall be held.
SCHEDULE.
MACKAYTOWN DOMAIN.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by
admeasurement 15 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or less,
being Sections 1 and 2 of Block VII, Mackaytown. Bounded
towards the north-east by the abutment of a public road and
Section 15, Block XIII, Ohinemuri Survey District, 452·8 and
441·5 links; towards the south-east generally by the main
road and a public road 100 links wide, 1053·6, 582·1, and
993·7 links; and towards the west generally by the Ohine
