and doth hereby declare that the boundaries of the said drainage district, with such alteration as herein provided for, shall be those described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE.

AREA TO BE INCLUDED IN KIRIKIRIOA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waikato River in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 5 of Allotment 133, Parish of Komakorau; thence northerly along that boundary to a public road; thence easterly along that road to its intersection with the road forming the western boundary Allotment 81, Komakorau Parish; thence northerly along that road to the northernmost corner of the said Allotment 81; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Allotment 81 to a public road; thence north-easterly along that road to the northernmost corner of Allotment 67, Komakorau Parish; thence south-easterly generally along the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Allotment 67 to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 5A; thence westerly generally along the road forming the southern boundary of the said Allotment 5A to the Waikato River; thence by a right line to the middle of the Waikato River, and by that river to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE.

KIRIKIRIOA DRAINAGE DISTRICT.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point in the middle of the Waikato River in line with the eastern boundary of Lot 5 of Allotment 133, Parish of Komakorau; thence northerly along that boundary to a public road; thence easterly along that road to its intersection with the road forming the western boundary of Allotment 81, Komakorau Parish; thence northerly along that road to the northernmost corner of the said Allotment 81; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundary of the said Allotment 81 to a public road; thence north-easterly along that road to the northernmost corner of Allotment 67, Komakorau Parish; thence south-easterly generally along the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Allotment 67 to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 5A, Komakorau Parish; thence generally southerly along the road forming the north-eastern boundaries of Allotments 23 and 24, Kirikiri oa Parish, to the south-eastern corner of Allotment 63, Kirikiri oa Parish; thence westerly along the road forming the south-eastern boundary of Allotment 63 aforesaid to the south-western corner of Allotment 57, Kirikiri oa Parish; thence along the road forming the western boundaries of Allotments 57, 56, and 65 and the north-western boundary of Allotment 65 to the north-eastern corner of Allotment 44, Kirikiri oa Parish; thence along the north-western boundary of Allotment 44 aforesaid to the south-western corner of Allotment 45; thence northerly along the western boundaries of Allotments 45, 46, 47 to the centre of a public road; thence along the centre of that road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Allotment 16, Kirikiri oa Parish; thence along the southern boundary of that section to its south-western corner; thence along the eastern boundaries of Allotments 10, 11, and 12, Kirikiri oa Parish aforesaid, to a public road forming the northern boundary of Allotment 12 aforesaid; thence westerly along that road and its production to the middle of the Waikato River, and by the middle of that river to the point of commencement.
