IN pursuance of the powers and authorities conferred upon
me by section one hundred and thirty-two of the Land
Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-
General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby appoint
Wednesday, the seventh day of July, one thousand nine
hundred and twenty-six, as the time at which the lands
described in the Schedule hereto shall be sold by public
auction; and I do hereby fix the prices at which the said
lands shall be sold as those mentioned in the said Schedule
hereto.

Aria is situated about twenty-four miles from Te Kuiti
Railway-station by good road. It is in the centre of a good
dairying and grazing district. The sections comprise for the
most part good level to undulating land suitable for building-
sites.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 12th day of May, 1926.

£1,165.
Section is situated adjacent to Aria Township. Comprises
easy undulating country, 35 acres of swamp, which can be
easily drained, and 112 acres scrub and manuka country.
Soil is of a light loam on clay formation. Whole section is
well watered.
As witness the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, this 12th day of May, 1926.

conferred upon me by the Land Act, 1924, and the
Land for Settlements Act, 1925, I, General Sir Charles
Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of
New Zealand, do hereby declare that the settlement lands
described in the Schedule hereto shall be open for selection
on renewable lease on Monday, the twenty-eighth day of June,
one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, at the rentals
mentioned in the said Schedule; and I do also declare that
the said lands shall be leased under and subject to the pro-
visions of the said Acts

NOTE.—Areas of Sections 7s and 14s are subject to slight
alteration.
Reporoa Settlement is situated about twenty-five miles
from Rotorua on the Rotorua-Taupo Road. There is a
school and a post and telephone office on the settlement.
There is a daily mail service during the summer and thrice
weekly during the winter, and during the dairying season
lorries carry cream daily from the settlement for the Rotorua
and Ngongotaha Dairy Factories.
The portion of the estate which is now being offered is
generally level to undulating, the soil on the higher land
being of pumice formation. Most of the sections contain a
proportion of partially drained swamp land of good quality,
some of which is in surface-sown grass and rough feed, and
is capable of growing good pasture when further drained.
Practically the whole of the area being offered is ploughable
