At the Government House at Wellington, this 24th day of May, 1926.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

ON the recommendation of the Native Land Purchase Board, referred to in section three hundred and sixty-three of the Native Land Act, 1909, and in exercise of the power in this behalf conferred upon him by that section, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby prohibit, for the period of one year from the date of this Order in Council, all alienation of the Native land specified in the Schedule hereto other than alienation in favour of the Crown.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

Recreation Reserve in North Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of May, 1926.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the North Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the North Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 rood, 32·5 perches, more or less, being Lot 6 of Part Allotment 12, Parish of Titirangi. As the same is more particularly delineated on plan marked L. and S. 1/824, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Recreation Reserve in Auckland Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

ORDER IN COUNCIL.

At the Government House at Wellington, this 19th day of May, 1924.

Present:

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

BY virtue of the powers and authorities vested in me by the twenty-sixth section of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908, I General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby order and declare that the reserve for recreation in the Auckland Land District described in the Schedule hereto shall be and the same is hereby brought under the operation of and declared to be subject to the provisions of Part II of the said Act; and such reserve shall hereafter be known as the Tokoroa Domain, and be managed, administered, and dealt with as a public domain.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 3 acres 3 roods, more or less, being Lots 135 to 137 inclusive, Town of Tokoroa, as the same are shown on plan deposited in the office of the District Land Registrar at Auckland under No. 15561, and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 420, folio 254, Auckland Registry.

Recreation Reserve in Gisborne Land District brought under Part II of the Public Reserves and Domains Act, 1908.

HIS EXCELLENCY THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL IN COUNCIL.

SCHEDULE.

ALL that area in the Gisborne Land District, containing by admeasurement 75 acres, more or less, being Section 3, Block X, Waimata Survey District (formerly portions of the Waihirere and Waihirere No. 2 Blocks), and being all the land comprised in certificate of title, Volume 76, folio 98, Gisborne Registry.
