special rate of one half-penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Borough of Mount Eden; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable annually on the first day of April in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

LIQUIDATION NOTICE.

In the matter of the Companies Act, 1908; and in the matter of TOURS (NEW ZEALAND) LIMITED.

NOTICE is hereby given that at an extraordinary general meeting of members of the above-named company held at Wellington on Tuesday, the 20th day of April, 1926, the following extraordinary resolution was duly passed:—

“That it is hereby resolved that the company be wound up voluntarily, and that THOMAS JOHN LINTON BUXTON, of 164 Featherston Street, in the City of Wellington, Public Accountant, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding-up.”
