THIRD SCHEDULE.
WAIPA RIDING.—OTOROHANGA COUNTY.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at the point where the North Island Main Trunk Railway crosses the south-western boundary of the county; thence northerly along the said Main Trunk Railway to the Waipa River; thence up the middle of the Waipa River to a point in line with the southern boundary of Rangitoto A No. 42B Block; thence to and along that boundary to the south-eastern corner of the said block; thence along the western, northern, and eastern boundaries of Section 11, Block X, Mangaorongo Survey District, to the southern boundary of the northern portion of Rangitoto A No. 60B Block; thence along that boundary and the eastern boundary of the southern portion of the aforesaid block, the eastern boundaries of Section 4, Block XV, Mangaorongo Survey District, Rangitoto A 45B 2A, and A 45B 2B Blocks to the southern boundary of Rangitoto A 46B 2; thence along that boundary to the western boundary of Rangitoto A 18A 2 Section 3; thence along that boundary to the south-western corner of the said Section 3; thence along the northern boundaries of Rangitoto A No. 19 and A 24B Blocks to the north-eastern corner of the last-mentioned block; thence along the eastern boundary of that block to its south-eastern corner; thence by a right line to the north-western corner of Wharepuhunga No. 17 Block; thence along the western boundary of that block to Pukeohaku Trig. Station; thence along the western boundary of Wharepuhunga No. 6 and that boundary produced to the northern boundary of Maraeroa A No. 3B Block; thence along the northern boundary of that block to the county boundary, and by that boundary to the point of commencement.

Revoking the Reservation over Portion of a Scenic Reserve in the Taranaki Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by Proclamation dated the thirtieth day of September, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of the twelfth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and eleven, Section 6, Block VII, Aria Survey District, Taranaki Land District, was declared a scenic reserve under the Scenery Preservation Act, 1908:
And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto (being part of the land so set apart) is no longer suitable for scenic purposes:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods 20 perches, more or less, being Section 9 (originally part Section 6), Block VII, Aria Survey District. Bounded towards the north by the Waikaka Stream; towards the east by the Ohura-Mokau Road and Section 3, Block VIII, Aria Survey District, a distance of 2070·7 links; towards the south by other part of Section 6, a distance of 295·1 links; and towards the west by the Waikaka Stream: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 612 deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1926.

And whereas the land described in the Schedule hereto (being part of the land so set apart) is no longer suitable for scenic purposes:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon me by section eight of the Scenery Preservation Amendment Act, 1910, do hereby revoke the reservation for scenic purposes over the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Taranaki Land District, containing by admeasurement 1 acre 2 roods 32·5 perches, more or less, being Subdivision 1 of Section 28, Block XV, Aria Survey District. Bounded towards the north and east by the Mokau Road, a distance of 1115·1 links; and towards the south and west by a road reserve along the Ohura River, a distance of 1314·8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As the same is delineated on the plan marked L. and S. 4/444, deposited in the Head Office, Department of Lands and Survey, at Wellington, and thereon bordered pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 23rd day of April, 1926.

Land in Auckland Land District proclaimed as ceasing to be set apart as National-endowment Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section three hundred and two of the Land Act, 1924, it is enacted that the Governor-General may, by Proclamation approved in Executive Council, declare that any national-endowment land within the Hauraki Mining District held under a renewable lease issued under the Land Act, 1924, or any former Land Act, or held under a license issued under regulations made under the Land Act, 1892, or the corresponding regulations made under the Land Act, 1908, or the Land Act, 1924, for the occupation of pastoral lands within the said mining district, shall cease to be national-endowment land:
And whereas it is deemed expedient that the land mentioned in the Schedule hereto, which is held under a renewable lease as aforesaid, should cease to be national-endowment land.
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities so conferred upon me by the aforesaid section three hundred and two, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, do hereby proclaim and declare that from and after the date hereof the land described in the Schedule hereto, which was set apart as national-endowment land under the provisions of section two hundred and fifty-eight of the Land Act, 1908, shall cease to be national-endowment land.
