CHANGE OF SURNAME.
I, PERCY EDWARD BOGUN, heretofore called and known by the name of “Percy Edward Alding,” of Taumarunui, in the Provincial District of Auckland, in New Zealand, Motor-driver, hereby give public notice that on the 13th day of April, 1926, I firmly and absolutely renounced and relinquished and abandoned the use of my said surname of “Alding,” and then assumed and adopted, and determined thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe, the said name of “Bogun” instead of the said name of “Alding.”
And I give further notice that by a deed-poll dated the 13th day of April, 1926, duly executed and attested and enrolled in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, Hamilton District, I firmly and absolutely renounced and abandoned the said surname of “Alding,” and declared that I had assumed and adopted and intended thenceforth on all occasions whatsoever to use and subscribe the name of “Bogun” instead of “Alding” and was to be at all times thereafter called, known, and subscribed by the name of “Bogun” exclusively.

PAHIATUA BOROUGH COUNCIL.
PAHIATUA BOROUGH MANAWATU GORGE CONTRIBUTION LOAN £695, 1926.—RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and in exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, and of all other powers (if any) it thereunto enabling, the Pahiatua Borough Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing for the payment of interest, sinking fund, and other charges in the Pahiatua Borough Manawatu Gorge Contribution Loan of £695, 1926, authorized to be raised by the Pahiatua Borough Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of meeting the Council’s contribution to the Manawatu Gorge Board of Control for the purpose of completing the Gorge Road, the said Pahiatua Borough Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eighteen one-hundredths (18/100ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the whole of the Borough of Pahiatua; and that such special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and be payable yearly on the 1st day of August in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of twenty (20) years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

DANNEVIRKE COUNTY COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Dannevirke County Council hereby resolves as follows :—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of six hundred pounds, authorized to be raised by the Dannevirke County Council for the purpose of widening and metalling portion of Upper Mangahei Road for a distance of one hundred and twenty chains, more or less, the Dannevirke County Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of fifteen-sixteenth of a penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable property in the Upper Mangahei Special-rating Area, comprising Sections 9, 1b No. 2c 1, half of 14, and part 1b No. 2b, all of Block II, Mangatoro Survey District, such rate to be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

THE Partnership heretofore subsisting between HARRY LEWIS HAYMAN and HAROLD LACHMAN HAYMAN, trading in New Zealand as “P. Hayman and Co.” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from 30th September, 1925. The business will continue to be carried on as heretofore under the style of “P.
