Lieutenant-Colonel (temp. Colonel) J. Hargest, D.S.O., M.C. (Reserve of Officers) relinquishes command of the 3rd N.Z. Infantry Brigade, and the temporary rank of Colonel. Dated 10th March, 1926.
Colonel H. Stewart, C.M.G., D.S.O., M.C., having returned to the Dominion, resumes command of the 3rd N.Z. Infantry Brigade. Dated 11th March, 1926.

With reference to the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 2, of 14th January, 1926, relating to the appointment of 2nd Lieutenant H. Agmen-Smith, for “4th C. Battalion” read “3rd C. Battalion.”
The North Auckland Regiment.
Leslie George Miller to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation), 1st C. Battalion. Dated 10th March, 1926.
Theo Bagge Nelson to be 2nd Lieutenant (on probation), 1st C. Battalion. Dated 10th March, 1926.
The Wellington Regiment.
Lieutenant M. Osborne, from the Taranaki Regiment, to be Lieutenant, 1st Battalion, with seniority as from the 19th March, 1924.
The Wellington West Coast Regiment.
Lieutenant D. A. C. Lilburne to be Captain, 1st Battalion. Dated 19th August, 1925.
2nd Lieutenant J. D. Whiteman (the Herefordshire Regiment, British Territorial Army) is attached for training to the 1st Battalion. Dated 1st March, 1926.
The Hawke’s Bay Regiment.
2nd Lieutenant J. D. Whiteman (the Herefordshire Regiment, British Territorial Army) ceases to be attached to the 1st Battalion. Dated 28th February, 1926.
The Taranaki Regiment.
Lieutenant M. Osborne (1st Battalion) is transferred to the Wellington Regiment. Dated 12th March, 1926.
Lieutenant R. R. Henderson is transferred from the 1st C. Battalion to the 2nd C. Battalion, with seniority as from the 3rd December, 1925.
The Canterbury Regiment.
2nd Lieutenant A. R. Smith (4th C. Battalion), is transferred to the Southern Depot, Corps of N.Z. Engineers. Dated 15th March, 1926.
The Otago Regiment.
2nd Lieutenant H. G. Calvert (2nd C. Battalion), resigns his commission. Dated 19th March, 1926.
The Southland Regiment.
Lieutenant A. R. C. Smart (1st Battalion) is transferred to the Reserve of Officers, Class I (b), R.D. 12. Dated 15th March, 1926.
N.Z. AIR FORCE.
The appointment of Lieutenant (on probation) W. S. Vincent, M.C., lapses. Dated 8th March, 1926.
N.Z. MEDICAL CORPS.
Captain A. A. Stewart, M.B., ceases to be attached to the 11th Field Battery, Regiment of N.Z. Artillery, and is transferred to the Reserve of Officers. Dated 17th March, 1926.
Lieutenant A. Cumming, M.B., ceases to be attached to the 7th N.Z. Mounted Rifles (Wellington East Coast) and is attached for duty to the 1st Battalion, Canterbury Regiment. Dated 6th January, 1926.
Eric Hallaway Bridgman, M.B., to be Lieutenant, and is attached for duty to the Northern Depot, N.Z. Medical Corps. Dated 10th March, 1926.
Reginald George Dudding, M.B., to be Lieutenant, and is attached for duty to the Northern Depot, N.Z. Medical Corps. Dated 15th March, 1926.
James Bull Liggins, M.B., to be Lieutenant, and is attached for duty to the Hauraki Regiment. Dated 15th March, 1926.
