ERRATUM.—In the Proclamation dated the 5th day of March, 1926, taking land for the Palmerston North deviation of the Wellington—New Plymouth Railway and for road-diversion in connection therewith, and published in the New Zealand Gazette No. 13, of 11th March, 1926, page 585, in the thirtieth item in the Schedule for “0 acres 0 roods 29·5 perches” read “0 acres 2 roods 29·5 perches.”
Land proclaimed as a Road, and Road closed, in Block I, Awakino Survey District, Waitomo County.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Awakino Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE.
LAND PROCLAIMED AS A ROAD.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as a road :—
A. R. P. Being Portion of
0 0 10·6 Crown land; coloured red.
5 0 21 ,, ,, red.
1 0 9 Section 11 ,, blue.
2 1 19 ,, 12, scenic reserve; coloured red.
3 0 13 Scenic reserve; coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE.
ROAD CLOSED.
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of road closed :—
A. R. P. Adjoining or passing through
0 1 6 Waipuna A and Crown land.
4 1 18 Section 8 and Crown land.
1 2 20 Section 8 and Section 10 (Native reserve).

All in the Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 57889, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 8th day of April, 1926.

Proclaiming Native Land to have become Crown Land.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, it is provided, inter alia, that on being satisfied that the purchase of any Native land has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, the Governor-General may issue a Proclamation that such land has become Crown land :
And whereas the purchase of the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has been duly completed by or on behalf of the Crown under the authority of the Native Land Act, 1909, and its amendments :
Now, therefore, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority so conferred upon me by section fourteen of the Native Land Amendment Act, 1914, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim that the Native land set out in the Schedule hereto has become Crown land.
SCHEDULE.
TAUMARUNUI Native Township T 3, being Sections 7 and 8, Block VIII: Area, 2 roods 8 perches.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 2nd day of April, 1926.
