DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between us, the undersigned DAVID CHARLES AUBREY and JOHN FRANCIS AUBREY, carrying on business as Sheep-farmers at Cattleflat, Lake Wanaka, under the style or firm of “D. and J. Aubrey,” has this day been dissolved by mutual consent. All debts due to or owing by the said Partnership will be received and paid by the said DAVID CHARLES AUBREY.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between WALTER FREDERICK GALLAGHER and HENRY BUCK, Coachbuilders, and carried on at No. 1 Grosvenor Street, Grey Lynn, Auckland, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 21st day of January, 1926. All the assets of the Partnership have been taken over, and all the liabilities of the Partnership will be discharged by, HENRY BUCK, who will carry on the business of Coachbuilding in the same premises lately occupied by the Partnership.

WHAKATANE COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920, and of the Public Works Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Whakatane County Council proposes, under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts, to execute a certain public work—namely, the formation of a road; and for the purposes of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the lands so required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the said Whakatane County Council, situate at Whakatane, and is open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands must state their objections in writing, and send the same within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Clerk of the said Council at the said office.

FRANKLIN COUNTY COUNCIL.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.

In the matter of the Counties Act, 1920; and in the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Franklin County Council proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned Acts to execute a certain public work—namely, the construction of a road in south-west portion of Allotment 5, north-east portion of Allotment 92, and north-east middle portion of Allotment 92 of the Parish of Awitu; and for the purpose of such public work the lands described in the Schedule hereto are required to be taken. And notice is hereby given that plans of the lands so required to be taken are deposited in the public office of the Clerk to the said Council situate at Hall Street, Pukekohe, and are open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours.

All persons affected by the execution of the said public work or by the taking of such lands who have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public work or to the taking of the said lands, must state their objections in writing and send the same within forty days from the 24th day of March, 1926, being the date of the first publication of this notice, to the County Clerk at the County Office, Hall Street, Pukekohe.

Approximate area of the pieces of land required to be taken:—
From south-west portion of Allotment 5: 1 acre 0 roods 39 perches and 1 acre 0 roods 27·9 perches.
From north-east portion of Allotment 92: 1 acre 0 roods 10·7 perches.
From north-east middle portion of Allotment 92: 1 acre 1 rood 23·6 perches.

Being the portions of the said allotments in the said Parish of Awitu, Block XIV, Tiirangi Survey District, Franklin County, North Auckland Land District; coloured blue on S.O. plan 21705, and yellow, pink, and blue on S.O. plan 22615.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

H. T. SALTER AND Co.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between HUDSON TAYLOR SALTER, of Te Awamutu, Motor Agent, and HUGH SMITH DUNLOP, of Te Awamutu, Garage-proprietor, has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six; the said Hugh Smith Dunlop retired from the said Partnership on the date mentioned, and as from that date the business of the Partnership was taken over by Hudson Taylor Salter alone, who will carry on under the style or firm name of “H. T. Salter and Co.,” and who will be responsible for all debts and liabilities of the said Partnership as from the said twentieth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, and to whom all moneys owing by the said Partnership shall in future be payable.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between JOHN COWPER, senior, and JOHN COWPER, junior, carrying on business as General Carriers and Coal-merchants, under the style or firm of “J. Cowper and Son,” has been dissolved as from the 25th day of March, 1926, so far as concerns the said JOHN COWPER, junior, who retires from the said firm, and the business will be carried on as previously on the premises occupied by the late firm in Taupiri Street, Te Kuiti, by the said JOHN COWPER, senior.

MANUREWA TOWN BOARD.

In the matter of the Public Works Act, 1908; and in the matter of Lots 4 and 5 on deposited plan Number 12046 containing 10 acres 1 rood 5 perches, and being the whole of the land in certificate of title, Volume 385, folio 212, of the Register-book, Auckland.

PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the body corporate called “THE MANUREWA TOWN BOARD” intends to take under the Public Works Act, 1908, the piece of land specified in the Schedule hereto for the purposes of a public work—to wit, a cemetery, dump, and sanitary works.

And take further notice that a plan of the land proposed to be so taken is deposited in the office of the said Town Board at Manurewa, and may be inspected there without fee at any time during office hours.

And further that unless within forty (40) days from the 26th day of March, 1926 (being the date of the first publication of this notice) a written objection to the taking of such
