of the south-eastern alignment of Grand Avenue with Campbell Road, across Campbell Road, and thence generally on the west by the eastern alignment of Grand Avenue to its intersection with Green Lane; thence on the north and north-west by the south and south-eastern alignments of Green Lane to the point of commencement.
And also all that area in the One Tree Hill Road District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the existing boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District at the most easterly corner of Allotment 12, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland; on the south-east by the south-eastern boundary of said Allotment 12 to the most northerly point of Allotment 54; thence again on the south-east by the south-eastern boundary of said Allotment 12 to a point on the said boundary distant 12 ft. from the north-eastern alignment of Manukau Road; thence on the north-east by a line parallel to the said north-eastern alignment of Manukau Road to its intersection with the north-western alignment of Hayden's Road; thence generally on the north-west by Hayden's Road to the most westerly point of Lot 9 of part Allotment 13, Section 12, Suburbs of Auckland (education endowment); thence on the north-west and north-east by the north-western and north-eastern boundaries of said Lot 9; thence on the south-east by the south-eastern boundary of the said education endowment to its intersection with Manukau Road; thence generally on the south-west by the boundary of the One Tree Hill Road District to the most north-easterly point of the Mount Roskill Road District; thence across Manukau Road by the boundary of the Mount Roskill Road District to its intersection with the existing boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District; thence generally on the north by the existing boundary of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage District to the point of commencement.
As the same two areas are more particularly delineated on drawing No. 337, deposited in the office of the Auckland and Suburban Drainage Board, and thereon edged blue.

Abolishing Upper Dipton River District, County of Southland.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS by the River Boards Act, 1908, as amended by the River Boards Amendment Act, 1913, it is, among other things, enacted that the Governor-General may, on petition signed by not less than a majority of the rate-payers of a river district, abolish any such district;
And whereas a petition signed as aforesaid has been duly presented, praying that the Upper Dipton River District, established under the said River Boards Act, 1908, may be abolished:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the above-recited power and authority, do hereby proclaim and declare that, as on and from the first day of April, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, the said Upper Dipton River District shall be and the same is hereby abolished.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 27th day of March, 1926.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS a petition, publicly notified, has been presented to me under section one hundred and thirty-four of the Municipal Corporations Act, 1920, by the Council of the City of Auckland, praying me to alter the boundaries of the City of Auckland so as to include therein the piece of land described in the Schedule hereto, being land reclaimed from the sea, adjacent to the said city:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in
pursuance of the powers and authorities vested in me by the said Act, do hereby proclaim and declare that the boundaries of the said city are hereby altered so as to include within the limits of the said city the land described in the said Schedule hereto, being land reclaimed from the sea, adjacent to the said city.
SCHEDULE.
ALL that area in the Auckland Land District, containing by admeasurement 7 acres 2 roods 36·44 perches, more or less, being Allenby Street, Plumer Street, part of Haig Street, part of Block 21, Block 22, and part of Block 23, Auckland Harbour Board Reclamation. Bounded on the north-west by the other part of Block 21, a distance of 922·07 links; on the north-east by Waitemata Harbour, a distance of 839·82 links; on the south-east by the other part of Block 23, a distance of 922·07 links; and on the south-east by the northern side of King's Drive for a distance of 836·36 links.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of the said Dominion, this 27th day of March, 1926.

Revoking the Setting-apart of Land for Selection by Discharged Soldiers under Special Tenures, in the Auckland Land District.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the tenth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty, and published in the Gazette of the nineteenth day of February then instant, setting apart settlement land for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities conferred upon me by section three of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act, 1915, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby revoke the Proclamation made on the twenty-third day of August, one thousand nine hundred and seventeen, and published in the Gazette of the thirtieth day of August then instant, setting apart Crown lands for selection by discharged soldiers, under the Land Act, 1924, in so far as it relates to the land in the Schedule hereto.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT.-NATIONAL ENDOWMENT. Otamatea County.-Tokatoka Survey District. SECTION 15, Block XII : Area, 48 acres 0 roods 10 perches.
