to its eastern boundary corner where it is enclosed by
the Pohuenui River; then in a north-westerly direction
by the course of the said river to where it strikes the
southern boundary corner of Section 15 (containing
189 acres); thence north-easterly by the south-eastern
boundary-line of section 15 and Section 294 to inter-
section with the Ruakaka Parish boundary midway along
the southern boundary-line of Section S.W. 58; thence
easterly by the southern boundary of the said Sec-
tion S.W. 58 and Sections 59 and 81 to the south-eastern
boundary corner of the last-mentioned section; thence
northerly by the eastern boundary of Sections 81 and
E. 60 to the north-eastern boundary corner of the said
Section E. 60, being the point of commencement.

That such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate
during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly
on the 1st day of September in each and every year during
the currency of such loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until
the loan is fully paid off.

WAIPUKURAU BOROUGH COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Waipukurau Borough Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest and sinking fund
on a loan of £2,262, under the above-mentioned Act, for the
purpose of completing the installation of the sanitary drainage
system, the said Waipukurau Borough Council hereby makes
and levies a special rate of twenty-seven hundredths of a
penny in the pound upon the rateable value of all rateable
property within the whole of the Borough of Waipukurau
(on the basis of the unimproved value); and that such
special rate shall be an annually recurring rate during the
currency of such loan, payable on the 1st day of January
and 1st day of July in each and every year, being a period
of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

OTOROHANGA COUNTY COUNCIL.

RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in
that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the
Otorohanga County Council hereby resolves as follows:—
That for the purpose of providing the instalments in respect
of principal and interest and also the other charges on a loan
of £400, authorized to be raised by the Otorohanga County
Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of
constructing a bridge over the Mangaorongo Stream, on the
Mangaorongo-Te Kawa Road, the Ototohanga County Council
hereby makes and levies a special rate of five-eights of a
penny in the pound on the rateable value of all rateable
property in the Mangaorongo Bridge Special-rating Area, as
described in the Schedule hereto; and that such special rate
shall be an annually recurring rate during the currency of
such loan, and shall be payable half-yearly on the first day of
April and the first day of October in each and every year
during the currency of the loan, being a period of 36½ years,
or such shorter period as may be determined by the Council,
or until the loan is fully paid off.

THE SCHEDULE HEREINBEFORE MENTIONED.

All that area in the Mangaorongo Survey District com-
mencing at the north-east corner of Section A No. 14B 1B,
Block III, thence south-westerly along the northern boundary
of the said Section A 14B 1B, thence south-easterly along the
western boundary of the said Section A No. 14B 1B to the
north-east corner of Section 7; thence south-westerly along
the northern boundary of the said Section 7; thence con-
tinuing the northern boundary in a straight line across Section
29A to the Mangaorongo Stream; thence following the
Mangaorongo Stream to the north-west corner of Section
25C 2A; thence along the western boundary of the said
Section 25C 2A to the north-east corner of Section 29C 2C;
thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said
Section 29C 2C to a road; thence following the said road to
its most easterly point; thence north-easterly, traversing
Sections 29C 2B and 25C 2A, crossing the Mangaorongo Stream
to a road; thence following the said road along the southern
boundary of Section 29C 2A 1; thence along the said road

traversing Section Rangitoto A No. 14B 2 near its southern
boundary, to the eastern boundary of the said Section Rangi-
toto A No. 14B 2; thence north-westerly along the eastern
boundaries of Section Rangitoto A No. 14B 2 and A No. 14B 1B
to the point of commencement.
