NOTICE is hereby given that the creditors of the above-named company, now in voluntary liquidation, are required on or before the 15th day of March, 1926, being the day for that purpose fixed by the undersigned, to send in their names and addresses and the particulars of their debts or claims and addresses of their solicitors (if any) to ERNEST ROBSON CAYGILL, Liquidator of the said company, and, if so required by notice in writing from the said Liquidator, are by their solicitors to come in and prove their said debts and claims at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice, or in default thereof they will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution made before such debts are proved.

NOTICE OF DISSOLUTION.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership heretofore subsisting between RONALD ISAACS and ERNEST EDWIN LEWER, carrying on business as Dairy Farmers at Karori, Wellington, has been dissolved as from the 21st December last. The business will as from that date be carried on by the said ERNEST EDWIN LEWER alone.

NOTICE is hereby given that on the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six, the said company duly passed a resolution as follows:—
“That the company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind the same up, and accordingly that the company be wound up voluntarily.”
And for the purpose of such winding-up Mr. DENNISTON CUTHBERTSON, of Invercargill, Public Accountant, has been appointed Liquidator.

NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership business heretofore carried on by us the undersigned ARCHIBALD MCNEIL and ALLAN FITCH CLARK, at Invercargill, as Clothiers and Mercers, under the style or firm of “McNeil and Clark,” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the twentieth day of February, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six. The business will in future be carried on by the said ALLAN FITCH CLARK, who will discharge all debts owing by the late firm, and to whom all moneys owing to the firm must be paid.

WAIPUKURAU BOROUGH COUNCIL.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Council of the Borough of Waipukurau, at a meeting of the said Council held at Waipukurau on the 22nd day of February, 1926, hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing interest, sinking fund, and other charges on a loan of £2,500, authorized to be raised by the said Council under the above-mentioned Act, for the purpose of additional work in the erection and equipping of a municipal theatre and shops, the said Council hereby makes and levies a special rate of eight twenty-fifths (8/25ths) of a penny in the pound sterling on the rateable value (on the basis of the unimproved value) of all rateable property in the Borough of Waipukurau; and that special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of the said loan, and be payable on the first day of February and first day of August in each and every year during the currency of the said loan, being a period of 36½ years, or until the loan is fully paid off.

HUTT VALLEY ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND.
NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Hutt Valley Electric-power Board to take, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and the Electric-power Boards Act, 1918, and all other Acts in that behalf it enabling, all that piece or parcel of land containing 2 roods 9 perches, more or less, being part of Section 45, Hutt District, Block X, Belmont Survey District, and being part of the land comprised in certificate of title, Vol. 322, folio 236, Wellington Register-book, for the purpose of erecting thereon an electrical substation.
Notice is further given that all persons affected by the taking of the said land are required to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said works or to the taking of the said land, and to send notice of such objection within forty days from the date of the first publication of this notice to the Hutt Valley Electric-power Board.
A plan of the said land proposed to be taken is deposited at the office of the Hutt Valley Electric-power Board, Main Road, Lower Hutt, and is there open for inspection during business hours.

HAWKE’S BAY ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
RESOLUTION MAKING SPECIAL RATE.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by the Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1913, the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power Board hereby resolves as follows:—
That, for the purpose of providing the interest and other charges on a loan of three hundred thousand pounds (£300,000), authorized to be raised by the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power Board under the above-mentioned Act, for the supply and distribution of electric power to and for the benefit of that part of the Hawke’s Bay Electric-power District comprised in the constituent districts of the Hawke’s Bay County and Taradale Town District, [the said Hawke’s Bay Electric-power Board hereby makes and levies a special rate of sixteen thirty-firsts of a penny in the pound on the rateable value (on the basis of the capital value) of all rateable property in the County of Hawke’s Bay and in the Town District of Taradale; and that such special rate shall be an annual-recurring rate during the currency of such loan, and shall be payable yearly on the first day of March in each and every year during the currency of such loan, being a period of thirty-six and one-half years, or until the loan is fully paid off.
