DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Partnership lately subsisting between the undersigned ROBERT WILLIAM GOODLEY and WILLIAM SMYTHE, carrying on business as Tailors at Tolaga Bay and at Ruatoria, under the style of “Goodley and Smythe,” has been this day dissolved by mutual consent.
All debts due to or owing by the late firm with respect to their business at Ruatoria will be received and paid by the said WILLIAM SMYTHE alone, who will continue in his own name alone the business hitherto carried on at Ruatoria.

THE TARANAKI ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD.
NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND SITUATE IN BLOCK VI, HUIROA SURVEY DISTRICT, FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE ELECTRIC WORKS OF THE BOARD.
NOTICE is hereby given that the TARANAKI ELECTRIC-POWER BOARD proposes, under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, and its amendments, and the Electric-power Boards Act, 1925, to execute certain public works—namely, the construction of “Electric works” as defined by the said Electric-power Boards Act, 1925; and for the purposes of such public works the land described in the Schedule below is required to be taken, particularly for the purpose of constructing a water-race thereon in connection with such electric works.
And notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so required to be taken is deposited in the post-office, situate at Tariki, and is there open for inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary office hours; and that all persons affected by the execution of the said public works or by the taking of such land should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the execution of the said public works and to the taking of such land, set forth the same in writing within forty (40) days from the first publication of this notice to the Clerk of the Taranaki Electric-power Board at its office situate in Bridge Street, Eltham, Taranaki.

NOTICE UNDER THE PUBLIC WORKS ACT, 1908.
NOTICE is hereby given that the EDUCATION BOARD OF THE DISTRICT OF AUCKLAND intends to take under the provisions of the Public Works Act, 1908, for the use, convenience, and enjoyment of a public school, the following lands, namely :—
All those pieces of land in the Provincial District of Auckland, containing together two (2) roods twenty-five and two-hundredths (25 2/100) perches, more or less, being Lots Thirty-eight (38) and Thirty-nine (39) on a plan deposited in the Land Registry Office at Auckland under number 14346, which said pieces of land are portions of Allotment Ten (10) of Section Twelve (12) of the Suburbs of Auckland, and are part of the land comprised in certificate of title Volume 371, folio 37, of the Register-book in the office aforesaid.
A plan of the said lands is deposited at the office of the One Tree Hill Road Board, Manukau Road, Epsom, Auckland, and is there open for inspection at all reasonable hours. All persons affected are hereby required and called upon to set forth in writing any well-grounded objections to the taking of the said lands and to send such writing within forty days of the first publication of this notice to the Education Board of the District of Auckland at its office, Williamson Chambers, Shortland Street, Auckland.
