A PPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional lease, Register-book Vol. 167, folio 72, for Section 29, Block II, Wakefield Survey District, whereof JOHN McLEAN is the registered lessee, and evidence having been furnished of the loss of the said lease, I hereby give notice that it is my intention to issue such provisional lease at the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
