  1. ROUTES RESERVED FOR GOVERNMENT LINES.
    The licensee shall not, without the consent in writing of the
    Minister of Public Works, erect any electric lines along the
    routes of the Government main trunk transmission-lines.

  2. LOCATION OF OVERHEAD LINES. Notwithstanding anything hereinbefore contained, one side
    of every road or street shall be left free by the licensee for
    telegraph-lines. Lines shall not be erected on both sides of
    a road or street unless the permission of the Minister of
    Telegraphs or the Post and Telegraph Department is first
    obtained in accordance with clause 5 of the regulations.
    Except at crossing-places, the minimum separation between
    a telephone-line and poles carrying high or extra-high tension
    circuits shall be equal to the height of the taller pole.

  3. CONVERSION OF LINES FROM EARTH-WORKING TO METALLIC.
    Notwithstanding anything herein contained, the licensee
    shall bear the cost of converting the Railway or Post and
    Telegraph Departments’ lines which are now erected from
    earth-working to metallic, if such conversion is required by
    the Minister of Railways or the Minister of Telegraphs owing
    to electrical interference arising from the licensee’s lines.

  4. TELEGRAPH-LINES.
    The licensee shall rectify to the satisfaction of the Minister
    of Railways or the Minister of Telegraphs any interference
    or disturbance caused by the erection or operation of the
    licensee’s system that affects the satisfactory working of the
    telegraph-lines which are the property of the Railway Depart-
    ment or the Telegraph Department and which were erected
    prior to the licensee’s lines.

The Southern Side of Portion of a Road in the Riwaka Road District exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

At the Government Buildings at Wellington, this 10th day of February, 1926.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Riwaka Road Board on the twenty-eighth day of March, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz.:—
“‘That the Riwaka Road Board, having control of road situated in part Section 37, Motueka Original, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District, and shown on plan deposited in the Land Transfer Office, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the said portion of road”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the southern side of the portion of road (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of road.

SCHEDULE.
THE southern side of all that portion of road situated in the Nelson Land District, Riwaka Road District, fronting part Section 37, Motueka Original, Block X, Kaiteriteri Survey District. As the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65023, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured red.

The North-western Side of Portion of Eden Street, in the City of Wellington, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of all other powers in anyway enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby approve of the following resolution passed by the Wellington City Council on the seventeenth day of December, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, viz.:—
“The Wellington City Council, being the local authority having control of the streets in the City of Wellington, hereby declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to the north-western side of that portion of Eden Street beginning at a point 312.9 links from its junction with Seine Street and extending for a distance of 104.3 links, being the part of road fronting Lot 556, D.P. 816, being part Section 5, Town Registration District, Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the north-western side of the portion of Eden Street (described in the Schedule hereto), within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.

SCHEDULE.
THE north-western side of all that portion of street, situated in the Wellington Land District, City of Wellington, known as Eden Street, fronting Lot 556, D.P. 816; being part Section 5, Town Registration District, Block X, Port Nicholson Survey District. As the said portion of street is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 65175, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.

The Eastern Side of Portion of Angle Street, in the Borough of Onehunga, exempted from the Provisions of Section 117 of the Public Works Act, 1908, subject to a Condition as to the Building-line.

“That the Onehunga Borough Council, having control of that portion of Angle Street, Onehunga, fronting Lot 51 of Small Lots near the Town of Onehunga, by resolution declares that the provisions of section one hundred and seventeen of the Public Works Act, 1908, shall not apply to this portion of the said street”; subject to the condition that no building or part of a building shall at any time be erected on the land fronting the eastern side of the portion of Angle Street (described in the Schedule hereto) within a distance of thirty-three feet from the centre-line of the said portion of street.
