THE NEW ZEALAND GAZETTE.
Allocating Land reserved and taken for a Railway to the Purposes of a Street in the Borough of Hamilton, at Claudelands.

A PROCLAMATION.
WHEREAS the land described in the Schedule hereto forms part of land taken for the purposes of the Waikato-Thames Railway, and it is considered desirable to allocate such land to the purposes of a street:
Now, therefore, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by section one hundred and ninety-seven of the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the New Zealand Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Hamilton Borough Council, and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Board.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 0·41 perches.
Portion of railway reserve, Block XV, Komakorau Survey District, Borough of Hamilton. (S.O. 23648, blue.)
In the Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked W.R. 36934, deposited in the office of the Minister of Railways at Wellington, and thereon coloured red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1925.

A PROCLAMATION.
IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-third day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3 acres 0 roods 18 perches, being portion of Kai Inanga No. 3 Block.
Situated in Block XIII, Waiapu Survey District (Gisborne R.D.). (S.O. 1234, brown.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64906, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured pink.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers and authorities vested in me by the Public Works Act, 1908, and of every other power and authority in anyway enabling me in this behalf, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of a road; and I do
also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the twenty-fourth day of January, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-six.
SCHEDULE.
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 2 acres 2 roods 15 perches, being part Tikitiki Block.
Situated in Block V, Waiapu Survey District. (S.O. 1214, brown).
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 64905, deposited in the office of the Minister of Public Works at Wellington, in the Wellington Land District, and thereon coloured yellow.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, and issued under the Seal of that Dominion, this 21st day of December, 1925.

IN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred by section twelve of the Land Act, 1924, I, General Sir Charles Fergusson, Baronet, Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, do hereby proclaim as a road the land in Wataroa Survey District described in the First Schedule hereto; and also do hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
