Amendments to the Regulations under the Government Railways Act, 1908.

In pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon him by the Government Railways Act, 1908,
and of all other powers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive
Council of the said Dominion, doth hereby make the following alterations in the First Schedule of the
regulations made under the said Act on the twentieth day of October, one thousand nine hundred and
twenty-four:-
By omitting subclasses 1, 2, 3, and 6 of Class 2: Locomotive (Second Division), and substituting
therefor the following :-
