COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.\nIN pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon\nhim by section ninety-four of the Government Railways\nAct, 1908, and of all other powers and authorities enabling\nhim in this behalf, His Excellency the Governor-General of\nthe Dominion of New Zealand, acting by and with the advice\nand consent of the Executive Council of the said Dominion,\ndoth hereby amend or further amend the regulations made\nunder the Government Railways Superannuation Fund Act,\n1902, on the twenty-eighth day of July, one thousand nine\nhundred and three, by making the following alterations\ntherein :--\nBy omitting the words "General Manager" in the places\nin which such words occur, and substituting therefor\nthe words "Permanent Head."\nBy omitting from Regulation 29 the words "Chief Clerk"\nin the two places in which such words occur, and sub-\nstuting therefor the words "Staff Superintendent."\nF. COATES PRESIDING IN COUNCIL.\nHIS Excellency the Governor-General of the Dominion of\nNew Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power\nand authority conferred upon him by section three of the\nCustoms Amendment Act, 1924 (No. 2), and of all other\npowers and authorities enabling him in this behalf, and acting\nby and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council\nof the said Dominion, doth hereby determine that the duties\nprovided for in the said Act shall be in force in the Cook\nIslands on and from the date of this Order in Council, subject\nto the following modification—namely, that the duty payable\non black twist tobacco shall, notwithstanding this Order in\nCouncil, continue to be the duty provided for in the Order in\nCouncil made pursuant to section three hundred and two of\nthe Customs Act, 1913, on the first day of April, one thousand\nnine hundred and twenty.\nF.
